My Father I Welcome

I go still, I centre, I meditate, I pray, Welcome

I need some time with my Father, I call out

I wait, the warmth arriving, I feel his presence

My Father joins me, from his home, Heaven

We sit, no words exchanged, comforted I’m not alone

I’m being heard, my questions, worries, fears presented

Connected by my prayers, an exchange of love, light

Each trial, flowing like electricity upon the bridge joining Heaven, Earth

Each presentation, I’m feeling lighter, more release, more free

I spot as I glance sidewards, a smile upon my Fathers face

The Trust And Faith I have in him, giving him my worries, my trials

We will sit for some time longer, I need this time, his love, his light

Words From The Future

Words from the Future, what would they sound like

What would they look like, what would be their tone

Would they bring happiness, Sadness, fear, unknown

Would they be lower case or BOLD, beautiful, bright

Let me listen, I hear singing as they arrive, a good start

They are dancing, bouncing down the grand staircases

They are jumping, light, bright, a mixture of lower and bold

There is no fight, no urgency, everyone having a turn

I see circles form, they support each, replica of communities

Wow, what an amazing outlook for the future, each an equal, a part

A joining of words, each a leader, each as unique, important, beautiful

The Future brings, Hope, Light, Healing, Togetherness, each and all

My Healing Within My Dream

I swirl like a Mermaid, my Tail deep Purple

The Oceans calling me, deeper I go, into depths unknown

What will I find, when will I stop spinning, when will calm return

I allow this time of healing, I Trust, I treasure this time

The weight of the Oceans around me, bringing comfort

I am still descending, deeper, deeper I go, I feel a release

So subtle, so needed, waiting for my Finale, my recovery

The spinning continues, I allow, I not restrict, no obstacle

My Purple, movement with the waves, within the circles of water

I have not thought about my breath, I just feel still, peaceful

Where will this journey take me, I’m going deeper than I thought

Previous, touching just the surface, backing away, running, fear overwhelm

I’ve stopped, my body frozen, within the darkness of the Ocean depths

Everything looking dark, then I spot a light, faint at first, becoming bright

The whole ocean lit, breathtaking, beautiful, Hopeful, Trusting

I start to move, my Purple ready to go upwards, the light my guide

I allow myself to move slowly towards the surface, I see Butterflies

Purple, like my tail, they are carrying my worries, fears through the waters

Each One, a light, a speck, bright, upon each elevation, I feel light, free

I lay there in my bed, the middle of the night, within the silence of my own healing

A 1,000 Doors

As I stand there looking, what do I see

A Thousand doors all staring at me

Where shall I go, where is the key

If only I knew what was going to be

A room filled with love, oh that would be nice

But in reality, is it not just the role of a dice

Can someone please tell me which way to turn

Because in life I will always yearn

Chasing a dream that may never come true

Should I take my place at the back of the queue

Or step into that room, no guarantee

That what’s there in front of me, will set me free

Is it not better to say, I chose the wrong door

Then spend a whole lifetime, in a room wishing for more

This piece of Poetry was written and sent to me by my beautiful Daughter, whom I love with all my Heart

I Place Myself

I place myself where I know I will grow

I will tell myself every day, you’ve got this

I will make sure I have plenty of water, food

I will smile and say, you are loved by others

I will cuddle myself, offer myself a tissue

I will listen attentively, offer myself guidance

I will observe my challenges, proactively manage

I will gain an understanding, know what I should do

I will join nature, dance with the music

I will capture memories, feel happiness

I will do all things, things I need, support growth

I will place myself in the centre, the stillness, peace

My Soul Chose

I take a walk, upon Streets with slight snow, glisten

So beautiful, the White mist floating above the grasses

The glance, Brown hares ears, erect between the flowers

Brown eyes, with lashes long, reminding me the beauty of the seasons

My fingers warm within the knitted wool, my scarf matching

My boots, fur lined, complimenting my heavy woollen coat

I walk, no plan, no map, no destination, I just walk, capturing the view

I cross the road, pass fields, walk past the quaint church upon my left

I spot a door, a Holly wreath, it’s Reds and Greens on display

I push gently, the small bell rings, I sit, how pretty, the delicious smell

I admire the decor, small round table, tablecloths, a delicate White cotton

A beautiful cake stand, White with Blue designs, a tower of exquisite

A soft voice offers me tea, a scone with cream and jam, a small candle lit

I hear the arm on the record player release, the sound of Jazz playing

I just sit, I think, I take this all in, my walk I thought, it’s destination chosen

By whom I think, how can this be, it joins me, my soul, myself, my perfect

Love, light and healing energies too you all

I Choose

No matter if the rain clouds are dark, I know all will be okay

If the silence is like the icicles, I will be okay, the sun rays melt

My life is my own story, I live how I choose, my path welcomes

My own decisions, my own use of time, given for my Growth

I have my own trials, experiences, I need these, becoming who I am

I was born at this time, given this breath, this air, grateful it is mine

No matter on the distraction, I need to side step, jump over, keep focused

I choose to get out of bed, do what is important in my day, take care of me

I choose what I eat for breakfast, if I take a walk, sit and do nothing

My day with the sunrise, the sunset, the stars, the moon, my views

I am empowered to be responsible for my life, what that looks like

I choose just like my poems, to be my own creator of my life, existence

I Know I Exist

I sit upon a tree branch, out of sight, no one sees

I do not exist, I am not known, noticed, illusion

I make no noise, I have no bright colours, no attraction

I know me, I know I exist, I know my purpose, presence

I just sit quiet, an observer within this world, waiting

When will I be ready, when will my Strength support my wings

Will my confidence be realised, let go, meet with the passing winds

When will my back become my flight, my Feathers light

I remain, just for a while longer, I still have more to learn

I am not fearing change, I want to be ready, knowing, growing

Instead of an observer, a believer, my colours becoming bright

I love that my light will be noticed, my Strength a guide, my confidence inspiring

I Take

I take my Heart, I rock it gently in my arms, reassurance given

Don’t worry, you will be okay, I have you, I will not let you hurt

I have placed a prayer with you, an Angel sits with you, you are fine

Rest, feel comforted, feel warm, loved, secure, beat gently, soft

I take my Tummy, I rock you gently in my arms, reassurance given

Don’t worry, I hold you, stopping the somersaults, the Butterflies

I have sent healing to you, let your worries go, your Angels release

Stop, slow down, still, untie those knots, let those feeling float upon the wind

I take my emotion, I rock you gently in my arms, reassurance given

Don’t worry, I acknowledge you, I understand you, I am listening

I have sent you my ear to listen, share your words, let it all out

I’m here, you are not alone, I know why, send your emotion upon God’s light

Letter To Myself

Picking up my pen, piece of paper I do lay

I’m writing to myself today, what will my words so say

Will they be much happy Ones, the change I need is near

Will a smile join my face, will I shout and cheer

Let’s make a start, here we go, I’m excited by the thought

Will there be clear answers, come through, my Heart as brought

My pen it moves, it writes away, what a lot of words to see

I’ll read it all, I’ll take it in, my message brought to me

I love the words, all makes sense, I know my words I trust

My Heart would not have brought them all, if they not a must

I’ll take my words, hold them tight, apply them, needed so

I’m so glad, my letter wrote, all clear, changes, I’ll grow

I am One

I am One being in this vast world, a gift given

I adore the Blue Oceans, the warm Golden sands

I soak up the sun rays, appreciate the raindrops upon my face

I enjoy the running through the Grasses, stand within the waterfalls

I take words, communication, voice, expression, creativity

I send my light, my prayers, Healing, empathy, understanding

I am One, I use my gifts, share my uniqueness, my stories

My Poetry, left behind, always to be found, written for the future

I Take My Rose

I take my Rose, it’s petals, my skin

It’s centre, my Heart, my Soul

It’s stem, my legs, it’s roots, my feet

It’s beauty like mine, it’s energy, same as mine

We are both proud Of our Growth, our process

We both need, love, care, kind words, respect

I take my Rose, thank it for its resemblance

The smile it produces upon my face, ability to lift my mood

I Stand Strong

I stand strong, strong in who I am

I am content in my own company, Happy

My emotions understood, no sway like the leaves

I am still, quiet, I have no need to do anything

I take my book, I read, each page brings something new

I play my favourite record, sipping iced water

I stop, look up, just for a second, looking at my view

I continue, my imagination joined in the book I’m reading

I remain sat, a pot of tea near by, I pour, adding just One sugar cube

My fingers touch the flowers, arranged, uniformed in their beauty

Why would I not choose this time, just me, myself, my own

I am strong, strong in who I am, content in my own company

My Bridge Meets The Waters

I walk a bridge, Red Roses embroiled around the handrail

My steps feel lighter, like my toes are poised as if in Ballerina shoes

Each step so delicate, controlled, certain of its journey, destination

As my dress, in silk of White, dances around my ankles, I’m happy

The bridge near ending, I pick a Rose, place behind my ear, I inhale

My feet meet the soft, Greens, like a carpet of the softest wool

I dare not step upon the Daisies dotted around, I join the running stream

I sit, my length of dress, neatly placed upon the Green, I listen, nothing more

The waters, my ear drums mesmerised by the flow, so subtle as it passes by

I breath, the water alive, like me, we continue to move, change, evolve

The scenery, the picture, the view before ever changing, how beautiful

I stay for a while, until the time becomes dusk, my bridge I rejoin, guided by the stars

What Lies Inside

What lays inside, internal, deep within my bones

What will I find between the Red flow, beating Heart

Each organ, a purpose for life, a meaning, part of a need

Where is the location of the light, the One I was born upon

Where is my energy, vibration, my links, piece of puzzle

I go deep, deeper than I’ve been before, I examine my bones

I swim through the Reds, with delicates strokes from my arms

I look at each organ, I stand before my Heart, each beat rhythmic

I spot my light, located within my depths, I touch it, brighter becomes

Internally I have all I need, I just need to visit it sometimes, reminder of life

Being thankful, for me, not just my outer form, but what exists below

My Soul, my inner child, each breath, connection with my Father in Heaven

Go See The World

We are each unique, our own perspective, journey

When we open our wings, deep inhale, we fly

The world below, beautiful, amazing, our blessing

Wow, away from distraction, negative energy

Our given time, in this moment of bliss, perfection

Our Heart in sync with our Soul, the light surrounds

Our Freedom, our flight with the birds, the clouds we lay

No restriction with time, no alarm, just nothing, everything

This view is ours, upon a mountain top, a hillside

The branch upon a tree, our picture changed

No longer stagnant, the world seen through one lens

Each blink brings forward a world unknown, a new

The Leaves Upon The Street

If a paper Blank and White, absence, words are not

How can an idea, creation, Art, fill this absent spot

Will there be bright colours, bold the letters be

I’m looking forward to words written, so I can share with thee

The words they join, I add some light, colour, a little splash

I’m excited by this piece of Art, the light is bright, a flash

My pen it swirls, it’s having fun, each sentence joins a dot

No longer is this page empty, the words have filled the spot

I’m nearly done, a few more words, idea now on the page

A creation, Art, bright colours, perfect colour Sage

One last dot, I sign away, my story is complete

I’ll add the title, here it comes, The Leaves Upon The Street

An Open Door For You

Turn the Handle, open the door

Cherish this moment, what’s in store

This unknown, Faith be need

Behind, your dreams, planted from your seed

What does it look like, is your dream right there

Tell me what you see right now, I’m happy, please do share

Can you walk right in, can you hold your dream, gently in your hands

What is this gift so given, presented in God’s land

Can you see the light, the path before is it clear

Have you entered, a brand new start, in your Heart hold dear

Where will your steps start walking, do you have a clue

One thing though is certain, this open door, God sent for you

Believe In You

A New Year, new day, new week, new month

Every breath another chance, the one before gone

The light ever stronger, dreams forever, visions alive

With each breath, another Feather falls, another Angel joins

The bridges from Heaven, strong in foundations, Angels walk

The songs heard, Angels Harp they play, lullaby for Humanity

Lights dotted, different colours, Happy, smiling, Angels dance

Prayers sent with love, Red love Hearts floating, destination Heaven

Healing, tears comforted, shoulders cradled by Angel wings

Take your breath, each another chance, dance with your Angels

Follow the lights, reassured you are never alone, send your prayers

Smile, have Hope, Faith, Belief In you, your life, your chance, breath
