My Vision In My Mind

My mind is wandering, so again, I wonder, where it’ll rest

I’ll not stop it, just let it go, it’s working, at its best

Swirling, sweeping, flying high, it loves, this breathing space

Allowed to just, direct its thoughts, no hurry, not in race

Wait, I think it’s slowing down, it’s nearly at a stop

What adventure will it show, where in my mind, feet drop

I focus on the vision, it’s beautiful too see

Stay with me, I’ll let you know, what my mind, brings thee

Wow, I see the Yellow edge, my feet, when touched, encase

Sinking into depths of warmth, I feel embroiled in lace

Further on, Yellow, extends, no beginning and no end

The sands, give me direction, to meet the Blues, mind sends

In I go, so relaxed, my shoulders drop, below

Only now, my head be seen, my curls, are hanging, low

One more dip, my head joins so, my body, in the deep

I’m so glad, my mind explored, I’m ready, to now sleep

This Once Was Me

This once was me, bent over, shoulders, carrying weight

My spine, contorted, painful so, hurt in Heart, so great

Boulders heavy, joined me so, took everything, from me

One day, I spoke to Angels, they released, the weight from me

This once was Heart, hurting, the thorns, they cut me so

Every time I took a breath, my pain, intense, I know

Suffocated, I so felt, caged in, I felt alone

One day, I spoke with Father, he healed my Heart, let go

This is now me, I’ve found my wings, my voice, as joined in so

Every time I stand so up, I feel so tall, not low

My spine, so straight, no thorns in sight, free as a bird, I feel

I’ve learnt to trust, in Faith above, my life today, feels real

My Streets Of Grey Brought Green

Out today in sunshine, what a lovely treat

I’m gonna go, somewhere of new, walk, a different street

On my back, my bag does lay, ready, for my rest

I’ll keep you posted, on my View, I’ll share, my very best

My street, of Grey, lined with trees, Houses, oh so Grand

Bays, of such enormity, edged, by perfect land

The street at end, opens up, before, inviting view

In I go, through woodland, no longer Grey, Green, new

My feet do glide, over paths of Brown, crunch, I hear, twigs, lay

Ever slight breeze, between the trees, leaves of Green, slight sway 

I hear the birds, within the trees, singing, chorus, so

I feel the rays, from sun above, warm, my body, low

My fingers take, the Bluebells, give my nose, a sniff

Then I smell, something of new, a love this, tasty whiff

I smell, hot coals, under grid, they lay, heat, sausage, to Brown

What I notice, most of all, just nature, all around

I need a rest, so I do, out bag, comes, blanket so 

Spreading it, on ground, so soft, my food, I place, hello

Spreading jam, on cake, so plush, whilst sipping, on my tea

My streets of Grey, guided so, in woodlands, peace, with me

Up I get, hours pass, in awe, of beauty see

I’m glad, explore, the trees, of Green, memories, keep in me

Into my home, I so stay, but something I forgot

In a vase, I place Bluebells, reminder, I forget, not

Keep Your Vision Near

If you could change one thing today, what would it be

Do you know the answer, it’s the voice, inside of thee

How could you plan to get there, keep this thought, so strong

Take One step so forward, walk, where you belong

Imagine, change is happening, keep your vision clear

Live the life, you so want, keep your vision, near

Never let your fears creep in, or stall you, on your walk

Listen to your message clear, hear, the words, you talk

Every morning, when your eyes wake, first thought, is vision so

Think of it, through breakfast, never, hear words, no

Keep it close, as lunch arrives, when you eat, your tea

When your settled in your bed, think so, before, you sleep

Your Own Jar Of Words

If I placed within a jar, inside, words are written so 

I ask you, place your hand inside, pull out, what’s meant for you

The words, I so have written, you’ll know, just what they mean

You’ll take from them, trust in them, so you will believe

Have a go, have you found Strength, what does this mean to you

Another try, now Courage, how will this help you so

Hope, that is a good one, hold it, near your Heart

Faith, belief is with you, your Father, never part

Angel, now your feeling warm, surrounded, by much love

Heaven, you now thank the Lord, watching, from up above

Smiles, you now certainly do, your face, the light, does shine

Dreams, you’ll know the steps to take, walk in a straight line 

If a jar, you now made, add now, your own words

Every morning, take your hand, the message, understood

Practice this, so daily, your life, your guiding well

Taken from a homemade jar, full of words, not jam

Never give up on your dreams, don’t, ignore their shout

Let your dreams, inside of you, flow, the world about

What’s your dream, do you recognise, all inside of you

Today, you have another chance, to start, your life, anew

Dreams bring to us, all things great, uncover, who we are

Somewhere placed, within your soul, the one, that bares, no scars

I know it’s scary, in your hands, your dream, not know, how start

Just take One step, towards it so, capture, what’s in Heart

The seed, as started growing, you’ve given it, love so

Take another step, watch on, see how it does grow

Feel inside, excitement, your steps, have moved it on

Think about another step, watch it, carry on

I know it can be difficult, the first step, hardest so

But look, you’ve had so many more, your life, you have thought through

Your steps, more many, so to take, don’t think about the end 

Just keep on going forward, your dream, your closest, friend

Enjoy My Words At Bedtime

I’ve been writing all my life, each day, brings, something new

Inside, I feel excited, don’t know what, I’ll write for you

As my eyes do wake up, my words, do come, to me

Even as I pour cereal, enjoy, my first cup of tea

As I start my working day, Eight hours, my work, will stop

Then I’ll do, the daily chores, bubbles, I wash up

Exercise, a little walk, to blow, the stress, away

In the evening, my blank page, waits, for my words, have say

It may be One, Two or Three, maybe, even Five

Time forgot, my words do start, makes me, feel alive

My button pressed, receive you do, my words, you now, do have

Ones, to read at bedtime, with cocoa, in your hand

I’m off to bed, computer off, I settle down, to sleep

Words still flying, through the air, in memory, I do keep

When the sunrise, wakes me up, to start, another day

I’ll take my words, ones of new, I’ll send them, so your way

There’s nothing missed, by my Two eyes, I am a busy bee

Tap, tap away, from morn till night, my screen of White, not blank

Your Angel Rose

I’m sitting within my garden, then my eyes, spot so

Something, in my vision, here, soon, I’ll let you know

I never noticed it before, it’s taken, breath, away

I’ll watch it, for a second more, then I’ll send it so, your way

I’m looking at, my Roses Red, how their petals, blow

Resembling, each a tiny wing, from our Angels, so

Each petal, captures, wings, in flight, each, encases, other well

My Heart is beating, quietly, inside, I’m full, of swell

Our Angel Wings, surround us so, like the petals, encase, the Pistil

Protecting it, like wings, so us, both, to eyes, are visible

How could a glance, bring knowledge, comparatively, the love of Two

Next time, you do spot, a Rose, your Angel, is with you

My Future Book For Sale

I sit behind, my desk, of wood, a tiny lamp, in place

Sitting on my chair, comfort, leather, does replace

I’ve got my book, with pages, thick, embossed, with lines, of Gold

Black pen now, in between fingers, my pen, it scribbles, so

I write away, short breaks, between, sip lemonade, quench, thirst

Pages now, are filling up, many chapters, from the first

I’m not sure, what I write so, as my pen, I’ve given life

My mind and Heart, Two syncing, my story, I entice

I’ll carry on, until the end, then my eyes, will take a look

Nearly finished, I so am, another, story book

There, let’s see, what words, emerged, what does my story tell

For now, I’ll keep it under wraps, one day, on shelf, will sell

Our World Needs Our Care

I sit today in silence, my Two Hands In Prayer 

I sit and speak with Father, kneeled, by my chair

I share with him, ease troubled minds, also, aching Hearts

Dry the tears, throughout the lands, smiles emerge, lips part

I share with God, food plenty, to feed, the rumbling tums

I ask the waters purified, so illness, not take, loved ones

I ask the rubbish, in the seas, that destroy, the lives, marine

I ask our forests, of the heat, protected from, cut trees

I ask God, why, our icebergs melt, our Winters, coming short

If nothing is now actioned, our lands, will surely, scorch 

God, took my hands, looked into my eyes, shared, his words with me

Child, your eyes, has noticed all, please share, with the world to see

One tiny change, one simple thought, one, just tiny care

All so joined, humanity, your world is there, to share

I gave to all, the lands, treasure, never, to destroy

It’s up to all as humans, to right, the world, to new

My Visions

As a child small, memory, just came to me

One, when I was 10 years old, a vision, I did see

I didn’t at this point of life, understand, a vision so

I put them down, to daydream, my vision, I let go

My visions, they grew stronger, as the years, did pass

I thought, coincidence, this can’t be, I held my visions, last

When I reached, my adult age, understanding, came to me

My visions, have true meaning, they’re guiding life, for me

I appreciate, I feel so blessed, my visions, everyday

No longer, do I pass them by, I let them, have their say

I write them in my diary, I hold them, true in Heart

My visions, they belong to me, never, will we part

All Things Connected

I hear the wind, I hear the birds, I hear the everything

No noise, just stillness, connecting with nature, silence brings

I smell aromas, I smell home baked scones, I smell the everything

I feel the softness of the leaves, fingers, touching all the things

I’m connected to the all, enticing my senses, heightened perception

I’m in bliss, perfect bliss, in awe of the beauty, surrounding, connection

I’m now joined by the Blues, the Whites, the colours of the rainbow

I’m in still, in silence, in touch, my soul alive, I’m in glow 

I’m in connection with my Father, my Angels, my light

I’m singing joyous, of the harp strings playing, vision, in sight

I’m walking through the grasses Green, God’s carpet, White Gates

I’m in still, In silence, in Heaven, for a while, I will wait

My still, brought me many things, my busyness forgot

By choosing so my stillness, peace today, I got

So if you need a little downtime, do the same as me

Find your stillness, connect with all, your soul, you have set free

Who would I be, What could I be, if a difference, came my way

Would I be, a grand old tree, the wind, my leaves, so sway

Would I be a teacher, of spiritual sense, I’d be

Sharing all my wisdom, God, as taught, in me

Would I be the oceans, soothing so, you’re aching feet

Would I be your Angel, watching over thee

Would I be the perfect pet, who sits, upon your knee

Would I be a number, a sign, for you to see

Would I be a rocking chair, to ease, your aching bones 

Would I be a hillside, for you to roll, cheeks rose

Would I be your shining light, to follow, everyday

Would I be your confidence, to give your voice, a say

I don’t know what or who I’d be, there’s so much, I could choose

For now, I’ll give you, who I am, a writer, words, let loose

I know my life, at present, would not have it any other way

I’ll keep on writing words for you, each different, each, have say

The blinking of my eyes, each blink, a camera lens

Every view, now stored inside, a memory, perfect gem

I’ve captured, Yellow sun rays, the clouds of White, in sky

I’ve even spotted, tiny wings, on Greenfly, some, can’t fly

My eyes, not miss a single thing, everything, so magnified

Just One blink, it stores so much, deliver, intensified 

I’m grateful, to keep blinking, different picture, so create

My many blinks, throughout the day, my memories, so are great

I feel a little sensation, in the middle of, Two blades

The ones, joined to my body, on my back, they lay

I feel a little movement, I feel, my Two, expand

My Two Wings, have opened up, I fly above, the lands

If your answer, now is Yes, your wings, have opened, too

Come join me, in the skies off Blue, meet, my open hand 

Together, we can go explore, the one called, God’s, true land

Off we fly, up we soar, sometimes, tree branch, rest

Both of us, together, the world, so free, at best

Both of us, make use of wings, given, by Father, so

Flying over, mountain tops, covered, with White snow

I wake up to the sunlight, new growth, in garden, Green

I take a sip of coffee, a book, within my hand

Taking in all the beauty, of God’s, so perfect land

No shoes, upon my feet, I soak, the energy, flow

I feel the light within me, my soul, it also grows

I feel in sync with nature, the Two of us, combined

Both of us, are beauty, in God’s land, we survive

I feel my energy leave me, flow, within the air

My energy, with wings, off own, go to spread, some care 

It will follow, Hearts, that calling, in need today, of love
