My Walk Back Home To God Poem

I’m walking towards streams of light, they capture all of me
All around, all absent, my light inviting thee
My eyes they scan for something more, but around just empty space
Nothing now for me to see, the light is now the way

Another thing I notice now, it wasn’t there before
A smell of sweet aroma, roses in full bloom
The smell it is enticing, my senses now are sharp
Then I hear a beautiful tune, played upon a harp

In the distance I then see, a bridge, of wooden brown
Draped round me, I now see, white silk, I’m sporting gown
No shoes are there upon my feet, but the ground it feels so soft
Walking on a featherbed, my steps are felt so light

I feel like I am in a dream, but my eyes they are not shut
Instead I’m in the present state, all is understood
My light that I am seeing, is my closeness now to God
The vision I am having, my walk back home of good

My Sit Brought Me All Poem

In my bedroom, one of quaint, a little window seat
Draped with throw of arran knit, cream in colour meet
Over now, I take a pew, the throw, draped over knees
I look outside my window now, watching bumblebees

My eyes distract, my head turns to left, my eyes they watch in awe
A horse of black is galloping past, each hoove I hear some more
Then it happens on its own, the hooves they come to stop
The horse it turns to meet my gaze, great pleasure, I’ve now got

The horse resumes on its way, I follow where it goes
There before a butterfly, sitting, under nose
I watch it’s colours brighten, as sun rays they do hit
All of this my eyes would miss, if I never chose to sit

My Day In Bliss Poem

I place upon my swimsuit, my hair tied in a bun
Loose curls, which are rebellious, streaked by the warm sun
Brown freckles they are being reborn, my nose my speckles dot
I have a perfect view of all, the sand, desired spot

I tease the ground with painted toes, each grain I do adore
My fingers join in also, the sand it brings much more
Seashells in the shape of horse, a crab claw in my hand
I even build a sandcastle, in shape, of Gods own land

Then another treat in store, the tides are coming in
The waters meet my ankles, warmth radiates within
Myself now lost in total bliss, my breath inhales so deep
My day upon the warm sands, will always stay with me

Lazy days within the grasses, on our backs we lay
Soaking up the sunshine, God as sent our way
Our arms and legs now opened up, an Angel shape become
Laying within the grasses, our visions now do come

Our eyes that staring into light, a new world there becomes
In between the fluffy clouds, our eyes create this all
Clouds become now buildings, igloo shape in size
There before a village new, created in the skies

Around these little huts, eyes see, another shape appear
Clouds now forming lines of trees, birds of colours near
There is seen, loads figures there, walking between the clouds
Joining now our brand new world, the Angels from the clouds

How can our eyes see so much, from laying on our backs
I’ll share with you, what I found out, nature brings all new
Laying in the grasses green, much silence does appear

Our lives are like a see saw, our feet spring of the ground
The harder that we push our spring, the heights, new views around
We take our views with gladness, our hearts they feel the light
But then we hit the ground so hard, meet darkness of the night

We spring again, to help ourselves, to join the light again
This time we will see something new, our view of life now changed
We take in all the pleasures, we hold our memories tight
For when we land, we need our strength, to continue on our flight

We have two colours in our lives, both do lead somewhere

When I was a child, my Blonde curls, roaming free
Running through, the flowers grown, my Angels, here with me
Hours of fun, we would share, dancing, upon the grass
In a ring of roses were, our giggles, our mouths, sound

Little rests, took in between, strength, we would regain
Round again, our heads tilt back, dancing, same again
Then the Angels, stopped in tracks, to play, another game
Hide and seek, my favourite, where would I hide, today

Letting go of hands we share, up a hill, I run
Eyes now scanning, place to hide, thrilled inside, such fun

More grandchildren and even greats, a wife for son to be

A child of small I am, skipping down the lane
My flip flops, they are flopping, as they hit the pave
My hair it is a bouncing, my curls are flying free

I remember of a memory small, my first day, I join school

I wake up nice and early, excited in my tum
I’ve got another journey, for my steps to come
I throw on my Grey joggers, a sweat top, which does match
I pick up my Black duffle coat, throw upon my back

To take upon my journey, to hydrate all of me

Out I go, a spring in step, excitement swirling round

I live within a world, my eyes of one can see

My prayers today brought to me, great visions I could see
There before were bridges arched, roses decored thee
The roses of a brilliant red, entwined around the wood
Inviting all my senses in, my feet at start be stood

I start to walk in tiny steps, apprehension did fill me
Wondering what myself would meet, what was there waiting
Continuing on, aromas tickling, the strands of hair in nose
Reaching now my final step, I’m here, here goes

My feet do meet soft grass of green, the feeling I’m sinking
Straight away I feel comfort, flowing through all me
Up ahead I see a tree, apples hang off branch
Behind I spot two big blue eyes, they spot me, then shy back

Further now I go explore, to see who’s watching me
I call out softly it’s alright, please come out, do meet me
The figure emerges, slow in pace, there to my surprise
A figure there of beauty, does capture my own eyes

Before a drape of brilliant white, with extended curls of blonde
Lashes curled from end to end, a little button nose

I look around our world today, I cover areas vast
My eyes see things of beauty, cities burned to ground
I see grand buildings standing tall, others just a shack
This world of ours as two views, one is rich, one lacks

I see one within the sunlight, one surrounding dark
One I see where people smile, one does cry, no more
One it is a blossoming, one it is war zone
One is economical, one it as no earth

One as streets where safe to walk, one with streets you hide
One where children can grow up, one where children die
One it as a medical team, one they’re on their own
Our two worlds remain as one, pray for all our world

The night is in the middle, the room it is still dark
I wake a little startled, then I hear words start

I sit out in the sunshine, upon the grass so soft
Overhead a cover, branches cover lot
A willow tree I sit under, the branches do hang down
Protecting from the sunshine, preventing colour brown

Out I take from my bag, a lunchbox, colour bright
Sandwiches in cling film, a meal in my sight
A bag of crisps, a boiled egg, that lay upon my lap
Next I take a napkin soft and place it round my neck

After lunch, my tummy full, I lay upon my back
Taking in the perfect view, branches create crack
Through I peer, to take a look, to see what I can find
There above a little cloud, a perfect shape meets eyes

My little cloud looking back, a heart shape it appears
It’s so perfect, I fill up, my eyes they do bring tears
What my cloud does show me, my Angel here with me

The story I now share with you, comes only from the truth
It happened on a darkened night, God he did come through
I sat within my broken world, my tears became a stream
My chest so heavy from it all, I needed a release

My eyes now noticed, through lashes wet, something showing there
A single White cloud in the sky, my eyes could only stare
Up I got too closer look, I couldn’t believe what saw
There before a definite sign, sent from my true Lord

My life I was in daydream, everything a blur
I thought my eyes were open, shut they were to world
I’ve spent my many years, looking for the clues
Instead I stayed oblivious, hidden from the truth

I felt like I was standing, in the centre of it all

Today the sun is shining, what will my day bring me
Going out in open air, my tummy excitedly

I tell you of a story, one I write is true
I asked my darling Angels, please help me make it through

I lay within my bedroom, my hands placed there in prayer
My eyes are shut, my words do start, the hours pass away
I start with ones I love in life, my prayers then do stretch out
Praying for all human ones, my message I speak loud

I pray for all the land we walk, the ground that feeds us all
I pray for all those suffering, please take away, my Lord
I pray for all the air we breath, the oceans full of fish
I pray that we’re watched over now, this is my one true wish

I pray for visions I do see, a different future there
One that’s filled with peace in land, a love around be shared
I pray that God delivers, the visions I am shown

I tell you of a story, one with words so true
It happened on a darkened night, working the night through
I spoke now too my Angels, a sign I did ask for
Then it showed up there for me, words shared through a talk

I sat and listened quietly, too the stories I would hear
From a child there so special, I did care for him
He spent his hours earlier, so his story he could tell
A child with imagination, he heard his Angels well

Story starting, ears listen, too the story that he wrote
Describing character, hero there, one with colour bright
Then his words he spoke too me, answered earlier prayer
Here are words he had wrote, too pass the night away

My hero he is wearing, a suit of magic use
A cloak which does say hero, a belt of swords hands loose
Then I hear those magic words, a cap, a colour white
Here I hear my answer, a feather there of light

I used too walk for miles, my dog is there with me
As I walked, I said my prayers, inviting Angels in

I tell you of a story, one I write is true
It’s a story of my Angels, helping me make through
I get a call out of the blue, the voice, a job I’ve got
Recommended by someone, who’s name I never got

The conversation puzzled, no recognising name
But they promise that they know me, I cannot say the same
Interview going well, a yes, the job is mine
But meeting with this person, my face not recognise

I stay there for a few months, a person I do meet
Sharing all their troubles, I listen intensively
She to me a stranger, but she gently took my hand
She thanked me just for listening, said her Angel, she had found

I suppose what I am telling you, much happens behind the scenes
A call, a chat or anything, you Angels plan for thee
Meetings they do so arrange, as they know, only you will do
Too save a soul of someone, your time, they make it through

I sit upon my balcony, my eyes this view does hit
Hills of green, stretched out for miles, beauty here now sits

Little birds are settling, their beaks do capture worm

I take my book from out my bag, my pencil in my hand
Sitting at my wooden desk, looking out at sand
Also there is sea of blue, miles outstretched it is
Words they are a flowing, my story with a twist

Next a blink, my view now changed, before I see some wood
Trees are there in uniformed style, leaves are growing good
Reds and browns and green also, they glisten in the sun
Then my blink it now does fade, instead a park of fun

Tall slides stand, a giggle emerge, from the children sliding down
A see saw going up and down, feet sprung from the ground
Swings are flying through the air, as legs do capture wind
Then a blink it comes again, my garden It now brings

Flowers waiting to be picked, placed in water glass

I start my day with praying, this is my time with God

I wake up nice and early, my feet kick of my quilt
Head emerged in pillow, I’ll move within a wink
I lay there thinking silently, what will my day bring so
Excited by the thought of it, I wonder what it shows

Another minute passes, another yawn emerge
Wiping sleep away from eyes, I wiggle both my feet
A few seconds more I do think, my mind plans out the day
Now I’m ready too get up, not wish my day away

I remember as a child small, this memory comes to me
Sitting on the Malvern hills, breathtaking beauty
Little pathways narrow, no rail encases edge

Sheep surrounded Woolley coat, munching on the grass
Bales of hay in distance, flies around do dance
Bumble bees a settling, little legs do dodge the sting
Daisy chains a making, oh what fun this brings

Reaching top, the picnics out, jam sandwiches, a treat

My soul it is so sensitive, empath I am called

I existed as a human, no spiritual side aware
I went through life with troubles, thought no one did care
No one came to dry my tears, no one did understand
Going through my challenges, no one held my hand

Hanging from an old oak tree, my feet do start to push

Wind is blowing over face, my legs do work some more

I sat in dark, November night, everything in still
No noise is heard, but in my head, this vision came to me
I see a wall of bricks of red, myself there standing small
I wondered what this vision meant, searched deeper now in thought

I feel a fear rise in me, the one I’ve felt before
Beads of sweat now forming, though air this eve is cool
This vision looks familiar, my heart now beating fast
But this vision I don’t run from, I face my fears at last

I see myself start climbing, hanging onto life
Upwards I start moving, something now in sight
My eyes they can’t see clearly, but my urge too climb still there
It feels more like a staircase, instead my wall is there

Over half way I now climb, still hanging onto it
My vision becomes clearer, I nearly see my gift
My last stretch is the hardest, continue or let go
My gift is calling out too me, two more climbs to go

I reach the top, upon I sit, my eyes do look around

It started many years back, a dream I had or two
I dreamt I was a sitting, a desk before legs lay

Over glasses I look out, my window framed with drape
There before a view of still, really does take shape

Willow tree the grandest thing, my eyes have ever seen
Surrounding by the beauty, a patchwork there of green
Picket fence, a border so, flowers in the ground
Everything so perfect, as my eyes look round

This dream I have still today, I see this vision so
But not yet happened in my life, I have some years too go
In my dream my age appeared, when my dream comes true
