Our faith it does move mountains, it brings miracles to thee
Our life is always guided, from the words God gives to thee
Have you ever wondered, why your path does suddenly change
Why you ended up on this road, with new things there to take
Do you ever question, how you went from A to B
Do you ever wonder, how your climb it brought you strength
Do you ever wonder, how your legs did carry you

One minute you are in a trial, then next you've closed that door
A new journey you will start, into the great unknown

What we need within our lives, no money it can buy
We all need love and nurturing, so that our seed grows
We need to treasure what we have, our little seed of life
Cause when you love your seed some more, you also love yourself
Take your seed as your dream, you have to make it form
If you choose to learn it things, your seed now starts to grow
Little sprouts do emerge, different directions it will take
But all your seed is showing you, the paths you now must take
If you follow the pathways and continue to take care of
You will see when your seed needs deweeding, so your seed continues on its life
You cannot take away your focus and forget that it is there
Your seed will only perish and darkness will form there

If we all had one wish right now, what would your one wish be
Mine I wish for peace again, so our world can be complete
I would wish no wars be present, no lives that would be lost
Families who would watch each grow, within their family home
I wish we could walk our streets, where only love is felt
Everyone so happy, each light will lead them well
I wish for future generations, to be born into the light

To look around your way in life, what direction will you take
There are only two choices, backwards or go straight
To go backwards stops you moving on, it only keeps you in the past
To go straight on is forward, you give yourself a chance
Now that you've decided, I suggest you move on straight
Here you will meet opportunities, that help you on your way
Sure there will be challenges, they come to all of us
But the choice you've made to go forward, will find the real you
Now that you are walking, remember it's the best
God will walk there with you, he'll help you with the rest
There is now no need to worry, as God is by your side
Now look at what your choice has brought, new insight in your life

When we look at the word survive, what thoughts come to your mind
What are we surviving from, what is there within our life
How do we define survive, in our world today
Survive has many examples, I've sent some thoughts your way
To survive an illness, that takes away your strength
To live alone on the streets, no one to feel your pain
The destruction which takes so many lives, is spread throughout our world
The loss of a loved one, your heart it hurts so much
A mountaineer stranded, upon the highest climb
A soldier who gives his duty, too protecting all our lives
The child who no one cares about, their tears they do fall

Our life does go through trials, mine aren't the same as yours
But still we all have challenges, that tests our strength and all
We all need things to teach us, to help us grow inside
To become who God has planned for us, so peace can then reside
We look at life and think, when will we get a break
We think that we won't get through this, remember you are safe
You’ve overcome not one but few, you can do this again
This one may be different, outcome your strength will gain
You are not weak, you show great strength, a wall you have broke down
This one yes is different, but place your faith around
See God will never send you, something you cannot cope
He only asks you do believe, there you will see hope
God knows that you will overcome again, he's watched you all your life
He sees your determination, you holding onto light

If life feels overwhelming poem
If you ever feel overwhelmed in life, just take a little breath
Go outside and take a walk, let nature do the rest
Take off your socks and shoes and feel the ground below
Close your eyes, shut off your mind, now life is going slow
Let your mind be free of clutter, a peace resides in you
Stay there till you feel so quiet, hear messages coming through
Let the breeze caress your face, the sun feels oh so warm
Appreciate the quietness, of your internal world
See how now you feel the still, your heart it as slowed down
Take a moment to reflect on life, the beauty all around
When you feel nice and calm, continue on your way
The hurdles that you felt before, God as taken them away

Gods is preparing you poem
God created all of us, to use our gifts one day
God wakes us up at the right time, so you can find your way
God knows when your gifts will fix the world, that only you can do
God’s there to help your soul, embrace your own true you
God knows your plan of life, he knows when you'll fit in
God knows when others will notice, the treasures that you bring
Whatever is unique to you, others will need to understand
So they can give you support also, to save God’s perfect land
Patiently just wait, your time will surely come
To share your gifts with others, placed with so your love
God when he placed your gifts in you, he gave them so to share
Take your gifts and treasure them, preparing, God’s right there

We wonder where our strength is, or if it's also there
We think it doesn't exist in us, when we are in despair
We sit our hands upon our eyes, our tears they overflow
Our hearts they hurt, our sobs are heard, we don't know where to go
We feel we haven't got the strength, to make it through the times
When our lives are challenged, no where left to hide
We fear we will just give up, we can't take anymore
But what really happens is, we call out to our lord
Lord we say, please help me, I can't do this on my own
I need you now to save me, bring peace into my world
I need you to dry my tears and silence sobs now heard
What you've done as shown your strength, your trusting your dear Lord

I pray to you my father up above, please hear my prayers today
Place you white light around me, protecting me today
Let your love and light flow through me, take away my hurt
I place all things I need to share, in your healing heart
I ask you give me strength today, let courage be in me
Guide my life to where you planned, before you created me
Show me all the gifts inside, youve placed within my heart
Direct me how to use them, for all of human life
You see God I don't just pray for me, I ask for humanity as a whole
To be here with me in my thoughts, so their prayers you also hold
I speak to you daily, I trust in all you do
But most of all my dear father, thank you for believing in all I do

I show great strength today poem
I chose today to change my life, the worry is not good
I have become much stronger since, my journey has began
Something in my life, keeps holding me in the place
That keeps my tears flowing, my insides are a mess
The worry and the fear, is not doing me any good
So today I took a stand, for my highest good
My worry has now gone, as I chose for it to leave
Instead I'll focus on my dreams, to be in Perfect sync
I don't see this as weakness, I see this has great strength
I'm writing now, my eyes can't sleep from all of the dread
I know I cannot live with it, my job is killing me
So today I use all that I have learnt and chose to walk away

During our transformation, great healing does occur
We have to release all of the old, so we can welcome in the new
We cannot be transformed, till we want to make the change
But when we say yes to God, our transformation starts to wake
You see our bodies, soul and minds, should be equal in three parts
If anyone is unbalanced, it brings unsteadiness to all
The purpose of transformation, is to bring whole in you again
But to achieve this, you have to trust Gods way
Once the transformation does begin, it starts to strip away
All that is not useful, in your life today
You see to be in complete union, with every part of you
Gives Gods greatest Gift to you, the person who is you

There are so many stages, that the light of God does bring
But remember please hold onto faith, as this will be your strength

I know where this all began, their words also give me light
But sometimes I do forget, the middles also there
This is the hardest stage, as this is when you will prepare

The I and Me in our lives
Each thought we have, as an I or me included within it
I am feeling anxious today, it is me who feels anxious
I am feeling so depressed today, it's me who is feeling depressed today
I am feeling fearful today, it's me who is feeling fearful
I am feeling confused today, it's me who is feeling confused today
I am searching for my purpose today, it's me my purpose wants to find
Each day within our lives we use either I or me to guide us in our lives. But by using the word I we are placing our thoughts true to ourselves.
By using the word me in our statements we are confirming that we are me, ourselves are these thoughts.
We are giving our thoughts an identification and room to grow, but what if our thoughts are always of negative mindset, what damage will these I and me statements hold. We start to believe in them and carry them on our journey in life.
Our brains are our biggest organs in our bodies, they give us signals so each part of our body works in sync.
For example if a thought pops into our minds we automatically associate it with the me and I within our consciousness. If we lose the ability to walk would we say, I cannot walk or it is me who cannot walk, we would have to accept the fact that something as taken away our ability to walk and we would adapt our lives so we could manage and lead a purposeful life.
So why can't we accept this with our thoughts, they are not us, they never have been, they are just part of the programming in our minds that we call chatter.
Accepts your thoughts has a way the brain survives, not associating it as the real you.

The path ahead unknown poem
The path ahead is unknown, no vision you can see
You walk around everyday, feeling different within
You don't know where your going, you search around for clues
But everywhere you look now, looks so different to you
Your eyes feel a little blurry, your memory a little slow
You heart is beating so fast, adrenaline in you
Your searching feels like forever, no answers do you find
The only thing you can do, is surrender all tonight
You sense you cannot walk alone, you need some extra strength
You ask to feel the Angels wings, envelope your chest
You need someone to help you, so you call out to God
You know he's the only one, who can help with all the above

I only want you all to see, the truth within your life
Do not take your fears today, keep them within your life
They will only stop you so, from living in the now
They will only take your strength and strip your true self down
It's takes so much energy, to keep your fears alive
It's like a push and pull sensation, as you make sense of all the lies
The more the fears hold on tight, every space they will use
So darkness creeps within your soul, your light it has now used
Your light is has been overshadowed, as the darkness has now won
So I say to all, start to fight, reborn your light again
See darkness cannot live no more, if light there is around
So ignore the lies your ego sends, live life as only you

Did you try to switch it off, or did your mind feel peace with it
What was your true self telling you, what questions did it bring
Did you see the truth as you, or was your ego sending lies
Every thought that plays within your mind, the ones that are so true
You'll feel a peace within your soul, your learning to trust you

You feel inside such turmoil, your hearts is hurting so
If you were really all your thoughts, then pain would be not there
The only reason you question you, are the lies that are showing there

If you really thought you was the person that you think
You would not be here reading words, to help you now rethink

Memories of your true self poem
To sit there in quiet contemplation, no thoughts run through my head
The only ones that do pop up, are the ones that my true self sends
These are the visions, of when I was a child small
These are the dreams, Ive seen them times before
No fear now is present, my breathing it is calm
No sweaty palms, or racing mind, can take me from these thoughts
It feels abit like a movie, your life is there on show
You smile as you remember, of the carefree you always showed
You have memories of feeling safe and warm, tucked up for the night
You have memories of the Angels, who sat with you each night
You remember seeing the crucifix, sat that on your drawer
The bible you hold onto tight, your faith in you is all
You see your friends of long gone, as you hold hands and skip around
You see yourself and siblings, meadows chasing round
You see joy within your eyes, no worries were present there
You enjoy the memories of who you was, you feel like this again

I woke up this morning, today looks a little different
The sun is shining outside, the trees are glowing green
The birds are chirping on the fence, the clouds are sitting low
The air so pure I take a breath, excited by what's in store
I feel a gratefulness inside, to be alive today
My eyes are scanning all around, the world its ever change
I hear my family pottering around, ready to go to work
What a lovely feeling it is, to hear ones that I love
My day today is an open book, the pages are blank there
I have a day to discover all, my work not in the way

Our Gifts from God poem
Each one of us was born, to change our world today
God created us to share, the gifts he's placed in there
He gave to us our own uniqueness, that only we can do
Me he gave writing, what as God given you
You won't be able to miss it, the closer you feel to God
You will feel it stronger everyday, your faith does keep it strong
You know this is your purpose, for you to share with all
If God thought you could not do this, you wouldn't have this at all
God decided before we born, what gift would suit us most
He would never want us to fail at this, so God he thought this through
He planned the path that we must take, the people that we meet
He's even planted opportunities, to make our gifts succeed
Wherever you are on your path right now, this is as perfect as can be
Think today what can you learn, where will today take thee
You will not stay just where you are, your only standing still
So you can grow a little more, to take on what’s Gods will

When we look at where we want to be, we're calling on the Lord
We are telling him we're ready, to live our life today

We free our bodies, mind and soul, of all which does not resonate with us
We are trusting God with just not our life, but we pray also for those we love

To allow your thought to roam freely, your heart it now creates

To transform ourselves completely, takes a lot of strength
It takes a lot of patience , to see it through to the end
We will shed a lot of tears, our heart it will hurt so
But what is there is worth the wait, a peace will start too grow

Your drawer I say is only clutter, that sits inside your mind
The thoughts have no real use, they only stop your life
So once again now this is done, God has now made more room

We all have gifts unique to only us, they are one small piece of the jigsaw
When our world becomes one, all our pieces are arranged where they belong
To make this all happen, God also gave us light

I have just heard a song from someone, who changed my life so much
I smiled, my heart filled with love, I asked for a sign as a feather, to show me of their love
I stood there looking in my garden, a white feather fell from the air
My eyes filled up with emotion, wishing they were there
I went and picked it up, kiss is what I did
I placed it in the pocket of my purse, so I could keep my kiss
Everyday when I open up my purse, the feather you sent to me
Will show me that the love we had, you'll keep sending it too me

Our eyes bring different views poem
If we look at life through human eyes, what things do we see there
We see what we live everyday, our routines all around
We see the people that we share, we see our working lives
We see our life through one lens, this is called human life
If we see our life through spiritual eyes, a different view we see
We see the things we miss each day, that are waiting there for thee
If we still our minds, connect with all, our view becomes now clear
We see the beauty of our world, our messages loud and clear
To balance both these sets of eyes, each one we do need time
To stay in one of humanness, our opportunities pass us by
To stay completely in our spiritual view, cannot happen too
Cause we need to have each one of them, too balance out the you

The fields green, the flowers bloom, the humming of the bees
The sky it is blue, the clouds are fluffy white

I skip along, smile upon face, singing as I go

The little fishes swimming by, their fins are flapping fast

My back it presses against the trunk, I'm smiling happily

Our life is like the oceans, no beginning and no end
We do has the oceans do, we flow within the ebb
Little waves appear, our life is changing now
Will our waters grow in size, or will calmness stay around
The calm before the storm we say, these words are very true

We won't know the answer till it's there, the eye of the storm has grew
How can I explain of what I mean, here I will show you
Sometimes in life our ripples, take your light from you
Your trapped within the cyclone, life swirling all around
You life is now going somewhere, it's waiting on the ground
The cyclone starts to ease, the calm it now returns
Things now look much different, where you've been before
Your eyes now see new things, you take a little step
Your journey has now just begun, the oceans changed the way

We do has the oceans do, we flow within the ebb
Little waves appear, our life is changing now
Will our waters grow in size, or will calmness stay around
The calm before the storm we say, these words are very true
Our life can now be explained as this, these words I share with you
Our life appears to feel stable, no ripples there are felt
A trial comes into our life, a storm is brewing through
An uneasiness comes with this, which way will the tide go

Where are the sign posts poem
I wonder where the signposts are, my eyes they cannot see
Why then do we stand at a crossroads, descions within thee
Does our imaginations conjure up the thought, is it easier on the mind
To place before an object, to help to steer our life
I myself have spoke those words, a crossroad I am at
We even picture forward, back, it's also side to side
But in life as humans, we never walk sidewards
We only ever go forward, or continue to go backwards
So we really only have two choices, which one will be our choice
To go back many times, shows we not ready to move on
To take our steps forward, shows our life we want to change
So next time your at a crossroads, remember my words today

I ask you take your dreams today, hold them in your hands
Look at them so closely, how do you feel now
What emotions are stirred in you, what thoughts run through your mind
What visions are before you, what picture do your dreams tell
Take your dreams within your hands and place them in your heart
What feeling do you get now, with them being only thoughts
Do you feel the same right now, as the way they felt within your hands
Does your heart want it much more now, that your dreams have been around
The point that I am telling you, no difference it should make
The dreams you hold within your heart, are only hands away
Anytime you want to see them, bring one dream come true
Then in your hands you carry more, once leads onto two

I write from my heart poem
I could have used common headings, to attract people to my site
There are plenty of them out there, I've used them in my life
But I chose to keep things simple, my headings come from my heart
I knew who was ever meant to read my words, God would send them as I write
I believe all happens for a reason, no coincidence occurs
I was guided to create this site, to always share Gods words
I never even realised, how hard my site it is to find
Until a family member, tried to find the words I write
I see you all as blessing, God as trusted me with you
He knew my words could help you, so he's guided you to grow
He knew that once I started, I never would now stop
As he sees the love within my heart, that I send to all of you
God knows I feel the love, needed in this world
He hears my prayers every night, to send blessing to all of you
