If I Was

If I was a flower, would you stand, admire me

Would you give me time, alone, comfort, thee

Talk to me, be kind, blow me, a kiss

Pick me, place me, next to your Heart, feel bliss

If I was a tree, would you, admire me

Sit with me, lean into me, my strength, you’d see

Would you feel, my hard exterior, with centre, soft so

Would you age with me, the sun rays hit, together, we’ll glow

If I were the grasses, would you, lay with me

Looking into skies, watching, birds, fly free

Would you roll around, off come, your socks and shoes

Place your feet, upon the ground, energy, flows through 

If I were the Blue waters, warm, inviting so

Would you leave, the Golden beaches, immersing, falling low

Let yourself, just float away, watch the world, pass by

Sinking into stillness, peaceful, feeling, high

Beautiful Balls Of Light

Last night, I sat a chatting, with my Son, love true

To the corner, of my eye, on White Walls, balls of Blue

I watched them, swirl around him, not noticeable, to him

A smile then rose, upon my face, Archangel Michael, protecting him

I noticed then, a ball of Green, joined in, so our chat

Bouncing, up and down, in air, landing, on his lap

My Son, asked why, your smiling so, Raphael, I introduced

My son, then smiled, back at me, in my words, he trusts

Walking, into Garden, just to catch, some air

I noticed so, the Yellows joined, Red, also shone, there

The balls of light, increased in size, bright as bright, could be

My eyes, in Awe, as I watched so, they gently, stroke, Son’s hair

My Son and I chatted, about the balls of light, around

He asked me, why can’t I see them, nowhere, to be found

I told him, do not worry, they are always, by your side

Sometimes, in their brilliance, their shy, sometimes, they hide

Spiritual Healing Journey

I take others on a journey, spiritual healing, I so do

I fill the room, with love and light, Peace, I place, there too

I call on One, my Father, invite, my Angels too

Place around, a light so bright, close my eyes, pray, true

I see, so many colours, feel inside, their pain

Find the areas, blocked, hold on, things, their life, not gain

My hands, now hot, cool, when cleared, so, I carry on

Releasing, all the thorns, that hurt, release, the Heart, to One

Starting at crown, end, soul feet, the body, leaves as light

The mind, so clear, soul alive, everything, feels bright

Invite them back, repeat again, place them, in the light

I feel so blessed, I can bring hope, spiritual healing, changes lives

Have you ever, felt your Heart, constrict

Have you ever, felt your breathing, quicken

Have you ever, felt your mind, racing

Have you ever, felt your tears, brewing

Have you ever, felt full of dread

Have you ever, felt your throat tighten

Have you ever, felt so overwhelmed

Have you ever, felt lost, so lost

I have felt this way, many times

My Heart, in pain, my breathing, so fast

My mind, like a pressure cooker, waiting, to burst

My tears, heard, as loud sobs, echoing, off the walls

I have felt, lost, desperate and so alone

I have stopped, placed myself in the quiet

Stopped, just stopped, no more noise

Realising, I am not alone, felt One Wing, around my shoulder

Have you stopped still, in your tracks, looked again, behind

Have you felt, a brush on cheek, someone, stroke, your hair

Have you started, to work on dream, tiny steps, made start

Have you thought, of words, I’ve shared, resonate, with you

Have you seen, reoccurring numbers, a feather, maybe Two

Have you let, imagination roam, a vision, of your own

Have you, felt different, feel blessed, not feel, alone

Have you called, your Angels name, trusted, they are near

Have you shared, your worries, dreams, spoken, loud and clear

My Book Found On The Shelf

Many years ago, a vision, came to me

It is so fresh, within my mind, still, so perfectly 

I’m draped, within a coat, off long, my feet, my boots, with ties

On my head, a knitted hat, sits, just above, my eyes

I’m walking over, cobbled streets, street lamps, pave, the way

Little flecks, off White appear, snowflakes, wind, they stray

All the shops, quaint in style, one, did catch, my eye

Open door, a bell does ring, my Heart, let’s out, a sign

Gloves now off, I walk around, warm cookies, welcome so

In front of me and to the sides, grand shelves, inviting, show

Books, of all, paperback, leather ones, on display

Spoilt for choice, I take a breath, what will, I read today

A book alone, crying out, wanting, to be picked

I pick it up, hold it tight, sit down, my pages, flicked

Owner brings, cocoa warm, topped, marshmallows, cream

Eating, still warm cookie, I sit alone and read

Hours pass, half way through, my eyes, they take a break

Looking out of window, square, the snow, mounts, great 

Chapter nearing, time to go, I cannot put, book down

Instead, I pay for purchase, hold onto, walk, through town

Booked finished, by candlelight, I close, oh, what a book

Place it on my cupboard, glad my walk, I took

My Rainbows In The Sky

I share with you a story, one, that is, so true

It happened, many years ago, when the sky, so Blue

Sun was out, a shining, on head, I felt, the heat

Not out loud, just in my mind, my Angels, I spoke, sweet

I called on them, to help me out, make everything, okay

I asked, to see a rainbow, my worries, take away

No cloud in sky, no drop of rain, how could rainbow, come my way

In my Heart, I knew they’d send, their help, to me today

Seconds passed, I heard crow call, my eyes, looked up, to see

My bird, who caught attention, a messenger, for me

As I looked up, within the sky, not One, Two arches, there

All the colours, mesmerised, a double rainbow, share

I thanked so, my sweet Angels, my worries, left today

Confirmation, all okay, Rainbows, sent, no rain

A tiny tear, left my eye, not from ones, from sad

Grateful, to have my Angels, makes my Heart, feel glad

My View From My Window

I sit upon my window seat, watching, the world, go by

Knees are tucked, into my chest, neighbour, I wave, say hi

I’m looking, into garden, watch, the trail of flowers, wall

The sunflowers, in my garden, proud and standing tall

I look now too, my vegetable patch, the sprouts, of growth, emerge

Everything, so neat, to see, grown from a seed, in earth

Columns, created, from string, pulled tight, soon ready, to be picked 

Filling up, my stew pot, filled with veggies, beetroot, Pink

I look now, to my bird bath, in the garden, centre so

All the birds, imagine, bathe, in waters, low

I watch how, they dip, their wings, flap, the water, sprays

How they are so beautiful, one by one, they fly away

I settle view, on tree tops, watch how the leaves, so change

As the sunlight, hits them, colours, off array

I see a transformation, right before, my eyes

My window seat, brought special view, my garden, it does lie

I’m going to write my masterpiece, quill pen, in my hand

Sitting in my snug of dim, light, from lamp, on stand

My paper blank, lay upon, wooden desk, words, I need to write

I’m not alone, my friend with me, my Angel of the Light 

As I dip, my fountain tip, coloured now, change, Black

I hear sweet words, within my ear, my mind, it does not lack

I write away, my fingers sway, words, they do appear

Let me finish, the last line, stay with me, stay here

Looking down, I read it first, can’t believe, my words

Containing, many messages, the first, you’ve ever heard

I’ll share so now, what you’ll hold dear, won’t believe what’s wrote

Listen very carefully, these words, your Angel spoke

I’ve guided you, to this page, so your message, understand

I’ve been trying, hard, to communicate, you have too much noise, much buzz

I know you’ve had your challenges, sometimes, felt much despair

I’ve felt the pain, within your Heart, comfort, I’ve stroked, your hair

Fear not, your doing well, sometimes, let tears, so fall

It shows to me, the strength you have, fighting, to have all

My message I am sending, alone, you’ll never be

Just call on me, I’ll take away, the tears, that stray, from thee

Today, I take a map, not one, ever seen before

I study it, my eyes do roam, before, the lands, much more

I’ll share with you, what my eyes see, join me, where to go

Where today, I’ll travel, within my mind, I’ll know

Do I visit, the Heavens, White gates, will greet me so

In, I’ll walk, barefooted, through, the grasses Green, laid low

Sit upon, my favourite bench, surrounded, Roses Red

Talking, with my Father, just eyes, no words, are said

Do I visit, the stairways, the ones, my Angels, walk

I take my steps, climb up high, on top step, sit, talk

Do I sit, laugh with them, the stories, they do share

Do I sit, upon their wings, cradle me, show care

Do I visit, the gardens, the ones, we all do own

Spending time, with fairies, explore, their mushroom, homes

Having great adventures, joining, nature so

No longer am I, five feet tall, I’m tiny, Fairy know

Journey Of My Spiritual Awakening

I’ve found upon my journey, spiritual, it is so

Many things, I can’t explain, but the truth, I know

I tried to look for answers, confusion, reigned in me

Looking so externally, but the answers, lay in me

It took me many years, many, ups and downs

Sometimes, lost in darkness, sometimes, light, I found

Moments of euphoria, buzzing, so with life

Times I spiralled, floods of tears, crumpled, on the ground

Butterflies, would follow me, rainbows, filled the skies

Messages, within a song, tree tops, I sat high

Numbers, they would catch my eye, feathers, found on floor

Even keys, so would appear, to open, brand new door

What a crazy journey, beautiful, at times

Sometimes, wishing all away, so I could save, my mind

Years later, grateful, wouldn’t change a thing

My journey, of confusion, blessing, it does bring

Each of us a star, placed within the sky

No need to feel confused, no need to jump off the sea-saw, called life

No backward gaze, no sidewards blink, everything, simple

No chance of taking the wrong direction, no crossroads, to face

If the road ahead was clear, no need to fight, find inner strength

No choices to make, no mistakes, to be made, no learning, no growth

No exploration,  no walls to overcome, no dreams to believe in

No darkness, no searching for the light, no answers, to life

So you see if life was an open road, how could be become, who we are

Can you guess, who I am, I’m elegant, standing tall

My feet, elevated, the light, upon, your wall

My face, not seen, but beautiful, words, my lips, don’t move

The whispers, in your ear, sweet ones, my dress, the colour, dove

I am the voice, off guidance, bringing so, much hope

The gentle hand, to wipe your tears, when your Heart, as spoke

The light, that keeps on shining, steers you, from the dark

I Feel Blessed

Today, I’m feeling blessed, so grateful

I’ve watched, the sunlight, flow, through, my curtains

I’ve heard, the first, birds choir, the feeding, off the chicks

The milk bottles, being placed, outside, front doors 

I smell, the whiff of bacon, sizzling, in the pan

That first glide, off coffee, lubricating, my throat

Collecting the post, laden, on my mat

The lead, waiting, to walk my dog, after, his first pat

My phone ringing, familiar voices, the words, I love you

Seeing my own reflection, smile, upon my face

Every day, another chance, another story, another experience

Excited, for my tomorrow, for today, I will, live in this moment

My Country Walk

I’ve been today, a skipping, down, the country lane

Meeting trees, all in a line, leaves, with droplets, rain

Jumping, in the puddles, mud, upon my face

Then I meet, a hare off Brown, starts with me, a race 

Laughing so, I run, now slow, letting it, so win

Then something, it captures eyes, calling, too have swim

At waters edge, trousers rolled, in I so, do wade

Wishing I had, brought so with me, my bucket and my spade

Off again, on my walk, my pace, is slower, now

Walking through, the grasses short, I stop, pick, a Bluebell

Oh what fun, my day as been, oh what joy, I’ve had

I Hope you’ve liked, my day, outside, go find, your lane, as well

I love the light, that touches, the translucent 

My eyes see, the delicate outline, the shape, definition

Appearance of the soft, flowing, the White, falling

Feathers, carved, into the body, of translucent

I touch, fingers trailing, caressing, the White

The wing, before me, fills me, with love

It curls around, bringing, warmth and Hope

I’m blessed, my Angel Wing, I treasure so

I’m falling, lids heavy, Wing, cradles, me now

To sleep, I’m now joining, dreams, of this land

The feathers, encase me, I’m covered in White

Like my Angel, from Heaven, protected in light
