I Am Happy

I am happy to sit in my own company, no noise heard

Listening as the birds sing, the waters pass by, subtle

A picnic, my favourite foods in my basket, a book with me

Laying on my back, watching the leaves fall to the ground

I am happy with my own choice of music, my Heart responds

I love my prayers sent, I speak or sometimes my mind sends these

My time spent with the night skies, I watch as the stars form

The chill I also welcome, I feel alive with each shiver over my skin

I am happy with my own thoughts, no distraction or energy from another

I can create positivity and light, I can support my own healing

I can wrap my arms around myself, just rock myself, relax

I love this time with just me, the birds, waters, my book, picnic

I’m Never Alone

No matter what tears I cry, my Heart in pain, I’m hurting

I hold on, I keep Hope, Faith, I hold onto God’s White rope

The White sent from Heaven, the One that never leaves my sight

The One, my connection with my Father, the One, my prayers sent

The One, if life is too much, I feel a pull, so slight, bringing me closer

The One, God’s Angels also join me, my rope becoming White Feathers

My hands hold tight, never let go, even when I sleep I keep it close

No matter what life brings, I am not alone, I am loved, protected, prayers heard

I Take Steps

I walk, walk my steps, so light, I shine, smile, glow

My Heart beats in sync, with the sway from the trees

My curls bouncing, I’m alive, I’m free, the air my comfort

The energy from the ground, rising through my bare feet

I welcome the raindrops, the sunshine, the snowflakes

The curls from the White waves, the fish my ankles swim

I jump so slight but perfect over hurdle, I climb my wall

I carry strength, determination, Hope and courage

I sit, just still, I look around, nothing but everything

I jump, land, I walk, walk my steps so light, I smile, glow

A path before, not seen, new, exciting, different

I walk, curls bounce, I’m alive, I’m free, I’m blessed

My Son I’m Proud

I watched my Son grow today, he has built something

Something from love, hard work, laughter and light

I watched as his smile spread from cheek to cheek, happy

I spotted his light surround growing brighter, ambience present

I am so proud of him, once small, many challenges, he never gave up

His wings open, slight flutter with Peace, he will continue to grow

Walk these new steps, new chapter, milestone, feel strong

I love him with all my Heart, no words could say, how very much

My Wings Within My Centre

I feel within my centre, my shoulders lay, I feel

A movement, an opening, a flutter, a feeling is so real

I move my hands, I find my back, something new is there

As my fingers touch, both open out, my wings they stroke my hair

I stare into my mirror, I notice above my curls, tips show

All soft and White, so beautiful, the light it touches, glow

I notice how my eyes do dance, my smile from cheek to cheek

I love the way my wings do span, I’ll test on mountain peak

I’m standing tall, my mountain top, fear I cannot show

I move my wings up and down, gather speed, I’ll go

I’m flying, wow, the clouds I pass, the oceans, I see below

My Two wings upon my back, they are perfect, White as snow

I Love This Night

I love a night like this, cosy, the street lamps activated

The stars placed within the skies, so pretty, a quilt too admire

The moonlight sitting high within the sky, perfectly round

I sit, my window I have clear view, the night sky adorable

My slippers warm my feet, my hands so, my warm mug I hold

I dip my biscuit within the froth, my warm milk creates

My chocolate chips melting, my lashes close with delight

My legs curl upon my armchair, I snuggle, I feel comfort

The open fire crackles, I watch how the flames rise, become bright

My last sip of warm, I place my blanket, over knees, my book I hold

What an evening, all my favourite things, warmth, love, comfort

My book, perfect view, a chocolate chip biscuit, not forgetting the stars

My Path Appearing

I walk, I feel lost, I’m scared, alone, frightened

I know not where I walk, the view not clear, a fog

I desperately want clear vision, not lost, found

I want to find a centre, a point, a sign, a start, beginning

I walk, not knowing the miles, the time, the pace

I’m not running, not quick, just one step forward

Where too, what is my destination, my end, my final

When will the sand clouds clear, the fog, the illusion

I not give up, I walk many steps, plenty, a lot

If I stop I remain lost, hidden, never found, gone

I want my vision, I need my centre, my start, beginning

My steps, One, Two, Three and Four, my path appearing

I Carry My Light

I carry my light, I say my prayers, I believe

I see Angels, Hope, Faith with Strength, courage

I still feel pain, deep pain, with tears that flow

I could stop Prayer, not spot Rainbows in the sky

I could turn my back, why so, my cross I so hold

My prayers I’ll say, my light I’ll cherish, my Faith I hold

My light I need, I need my Hope, Faith, my strength

I cannot walk away, I’m blessed, I’m alive, loved

When my knees I fall, the darkness comes, I hold on

I focus on the light, I catch the feathers that fall

I hear whispers, so beautiful, so sweet, we have you

I smile, my pain softens, I feel loved, Heard, strength given

I Catch A Tear

I catch a tear small, ever so slight, no one notices

I hold a pain in my chest, I feel this, no one else feels this

My curl on lip is frowned, no one asks why, or wonders

I’m okay, they think, I’m strong, why should they ask

I am their shoulder, their ear, their love, healing, light

I can create again smiles, dry a persons tears, I ask why

I surround with love and light, healing upon a feather

I pray, I pray again, that all be okay, why would I not

I catch a tear, alone, I rely upon myself, I not ask

I ask no one my pain they feel, not understand, no wonder

My smile, downwards, I will find strength, courage, create change

I am not okay, I will be better, the sun will shine again

I See A Face

I see a face, it looks back from my mirror

I see love and light, I see struggles and pain

I see a smile, quite beautiful, tears my cheeks they roll

I see skin so smooth, I see lines that come from my trials

I spot my hair, silky and thick, broken at the ends from no rest

I observe the Blueness within my eyes, they hold circles dark

My lips, quite plump, Two expressions I know, happy or sad

My ears clear, muffled when I an distracted, no room, don’t listen

My face describes as Two, opposites, not straight forward

My life this way, no straight line, a little curvy, confused

Why, why is it this way, why so many detours and dead ends

Signposts with no answers, no direction, Trust needed

Our World

Our world, how beautiful it is, the sun rays hit

We are blessed with Mountain tops, a layer Snow White

Greens, Yellow fields, dotted with flowers, life, alive

Our Oceans offer a home, a beautiful array of colours

I sit upon a branch, a tree of life, an energy, a story, future

I watch, I spot the light, I smile, I spot the dark, I cry

I say a prayer for our world, I ask for Hope, the light brighter

I search for smiles, kindness, empathy, Humanity, oneness

I send music, Rainbows, words, awakening, a world waiting

Waiting for love, light and healing, hands joined together

Communities sharing, caring, taking care our Elders with Wisdom

Our world, brings us all we need, a need for sharing, caring, together

My Faith Inside

One tear drops, then Two fall

More follow, I catch them all

They feel warm with touch, why?

Inside I feel confused, I try

I try so hard, I pray so much

I know God hears me, flowers bunch

Why do I worry, all will be okay

God sends his Angels, to light the way

I follow with steps, I trust this path

God knows what’s right, my future have

My tears dry, a smile emerge, my worries float away

Inside my Heart I do have trust, my Faith inside does stay

My Transformation Inside My Cocoon

My cocoon envelopes me, no longer an exit seen

I sit alone with nothing, just space, my space

My cocoon stays light, never dark, it rocks me gently

I have nothing for distraction, no other energy, no noise

I am here, I’m hibernating, only for a while, not known

I can sleep when I want, lay awake for hours, meditate

I am alone with my thoughts, I can shout, cry, scream

Nothing to silence me, I am free, freedom with expression

I am healing, many layers will fall, many masks removed

I will become my own best friend, I will hear my own kind words

I will smile for me, if tears build I will let them fall

My cocoon I thank you for this time, transforming I welcome

An Adventure I Will Have

I feel like an adventure, now within my mind

I’ll capture every moment, I wonder what I’ll find

I close my lids, inhale I slow, my lashes tickle me

I can travel, anywhere I want, my mind provides for free

I’m walking through Green gardens, barefooted so I am

Now I’m walking the Golden sands, my skin it starts to tan

I’m climbing side tall mountain, jump in freezing water, chill

I’m swinging with The Monkeys, rolling down the hill

I’m sitting painting landscapes, observe the clouds in sky

I watch the aeroplanes that pass, I lift my hand, wave hi

I know this adventure soon will end, my lids they will lift so

One last thing I need just now, I’ll catch snowflakes from the snow

My Music Creates A Story

As I listen to my music, my fingertips are light

A movement all on their own, wanting to now type

I don’t know what they will create, my imagination joining in

They’ve both started, they are having fun, a story will begin

It starts, they’re off, let’s follow them, they are running out the gate

Wait, where are they going, I hope not for long, it’s after 12 it’s late

I do catch up, I’m guided, in front I see a tree

I settle down, as all gone quiet, no other words meet me

They’re off again, wait for me, my legs a little tire

I know your ready to continue this, my bed I must retire

I know you want this finished, tomorrow another day

I promise I will join you, so you both can have your say

Spend My Time In Nature

The petals fall from a flower, same as Autumn leaves

The clouds release rain, so do my tears from my eyes

The Rainbows bring colours bright, the same as the sun

The wind blows gently, so do the Angels feather

The trees have roots, the same as my energy from ground

The birds have a home, so do I, my hammock I lay

The leaves with many colours, the same as my Angels

The trees capture the sunlight, the same as my light

The oceans Blue, the same as my eyes, that dance

The waters bring peace, meditation brings this through

The waters home for many, inviting also me

The oceans vast, forever, they soothe my soul in thee

I Hear

I listen, I search, continue, inquisitive, I hear a beat

I walk barefooted, my touch so light, no noise, just beat

I walk through the Greens, explore within the maze

I join a cobbled street, I cannot find, what can this be

I hear it again, I stop, faint, relaxed, content the beat sounds

I settle by a slow running stream, my fingertips tease the waters

There it is again, I look around, curious, I must find this beat

Where will it lead, is this a clue, a message, I’m puzzled

This beat so utterly beautiful, it feels familiar, my soul warm

I lay within my hammock on sands Golden, again I hear

I continue, search, I walk for miles, I swim within the waterfalls

I rest, lay back, my hand rests on my chest, I stop, my beat, belongs to me

The Colour White

The colour White, each our own description

I touch snowflakes, lays in fluffy clouds

Flowers within the fields, a Dove within the skies

Paint within an Artist pallet, icing on a cake

White paper, plain not lined, a felt tip pen

The beard on Santa’s chin, a plant pot on a ledge

Socks that warm my feet, a knitted scarf around my neck

Hair, matured with age, a cotton dress with sandals to compliment

White can describe so many things, our lists would look different

Our first thought, a vision in our minds, words bring choice

Words bring perspectives, transformed into so many different things

What colour will I choose next, what will my list become

My Story Share With You

The sun shines through my window, music background plays

My mind it is expanding, a warmness my Heart lays

I love this true creation, words they float around

Ever so, they are gentle, as they join, silent, no sound

I love this time, it’s perfect, join me, my words are here

I place them all in order, I juggle One, Two cheers

I think I’ve found my story, with title and an end

I will put it altogether, forever, words my friend

Last few, I’m nearly finished, full stop, a comma too

It’s perfect, let me check once more, before I share with you

My Angels With Me

I sit here, not alone I known, my Angel Blue

Michael sits with me when I write, fascinated

Proud he feels, I follow my purpose, words with life, meaning

He reads as I write, a gentle nod with head, an Angel wing comforts

I sit here, not alone I know, my Angel Green

Raphael sits with me, my healing sent, proud

He watches as the worlds tears dry, Hope again becomes

Playing soft music, Harp, each his feather tip creates

I sit here, not alone I know, my Angel White

Gabriel sits with me, my prayers sent, proud

Both our wings full span, White light shared with the world

White feathers capture, worries, fears, sadness, healing becomes

I sit here, not alone I know, my Angels colours

They all sit with me, join me in the rain, the sun

They play music so I shall dance, place a flower in my hair

They always join me, I’m not alone, I’m always blessed

Today My Vision Follow

I’m sitting here just thinking, ever so quietly, still

My mind nudging me, go explore, travel, adventure

No movement needed, stay comfy where you are

Close your eyes, visions appear, go join your journey

I’m off, I’m excited, where am I going, my visions lead

Wow, I stop, settling in a street quaint, I’m sat at White bistro

An elegant tray, a glass cut, expensive, heavy, a jug accompanies

The sun shining, different from the rain I’ve left behind

Each sip of water, my throat moist, easing the Summer heat

My camera around my neck, I explore, walk, within streets neat

My camera capturing beauty, tall buildings, solid doors, bold colours

I pass through an opening, slight entry, beyond a garden, overgrown

My vision brought this all, my imagination, creativity, stillness

My armchair still sat, comfy, I open my lids reluctantly, my vision fading

I love this time, it may not be long or many hours bring, I’m somewhere

Today, I’ve left the rain, met the sun, captured the overgrown, explored the new

We can be everything, all, a bird with colours bright

The waves within the Oceans, the colours from the Raindrops

The petals on the flowers, the sun which brings much smiles

The Bees, busy making honey, the Ants collecting the twigs

A caterpillar, Butterfly, the snowflake falling, stars in sky

We can be everything, we are creative, our own story

Lines, paragraphs, chapters, beginning, ends, forever

A tree standing tall, our own roots secured within the ground

We can be everything, just believe, live dreams, path before

Open doors, the light before, guidance from our Angels

Listen for those whispers with Hope, the harps playing

We walk our path, not alone, guided, our wings upon our backs

Born into this world, right time, my purpose

My legacy, we all have something unique

My words, forever written, never forgotten

My Search Found Me

I always wondered my purpose, where in this world I fit

I have walked on my journey called life, storms have been

I have smiled with the sunshine, swam in oceans tears

Shouted from the mountain top, sat within the dark

I have searched, jumped over hurdles, lay within a thunderstorm

Tried balancing on a seesaw, jumping from a Rainbow, dancing

My searching, I gave up, I followed my everything, my Soul all lay

My Heart all understood, my mind my imagination, creativity

I understand, I am creative, produce beautiful Art, send prayers

I send love, light and healing, my tears will still come

My hurdles still wait, my thunderstorms with rain will fall

As long as have my Faith, believe in me, my steps I still walk

My Light

I see a light before, it knows my name, it calls to me

It wakes me each morn, my curtains cotton, shines through

I spot it by my side, in mirror I do look, prepare for the day

A sidewards glance, still with me, as I smile at others, brighter becomes

My light comforts me, chatting with my colleagues, it shines

My commute home, I see it though pane of glass, train windows

I sit within my garden, my shawl shoulders drape, my light, my company

As I send my prayer, my lashes close, one last look, my light still with me

I walk unknown, my path clear, free, no clutter, distraction

I takes steps, the raindrops falling, the feeling, empowering

I continue, the sun rays land, face upwards, great warmth, love

I do not leave my path, the snowflakes cold, my lashes settle

I walk within the daylight, delightful, many hours before

The night skies they join me, I dance with the stars, moonlight

I see no hurdles, no hill, no mountain, straight forward, understandable

I walk, I enjoy, not big steps, tiny, perfect, confident, Strength

I start to skip, slight jog, run, release, fly, higher, freedom

My Trip With Light

I take a trip, new adventure, with change this comes

I join the path, a runway with light, no obstacle, no confusion

I am In no rush, I use my time well, my step not heavy, no burden

Each step light, like the tip of a ballerinas shoe, a snowflake in flight

I walk, not searching, not looking, not getting impatient, just moving

I don’t watch the time, I hold no compass, no atlas, just inner guidance

I walk, walk with the light, no dark clouds, no interruption from rain

The light guides me, my fingers trail the brightness, I am happy

The path feels warm, inviting, welcoming, syncing with my soul

I continue to walk, unknown, not confused, clear, with Faith

The light not dims, does not go out, does not leave me stranded, alone

My light still guiding, happy that I have chosen to follow this path

I Catch Feathers

As my feet walk upon the Oceans edge, warm sand

I spot a White Feather upon each step, I pick these up

Placing within the pocket of my Blue shorts, safe

I continue walking, many Feathers before, ahead

The Feathers change direction, a detour, before, a Palm

Purple Feathers lead this short way, I sit, my back comforted

Feathers fall, so gently, the skies release, I catch, Green in colour

A slight wind, ever so appreciated within the warmth, Feathers more

Pink appear, Yellow, Golden, Grey, Red, Black, Orange, Wow

Surrounded, my pockets full, my curls also capture, One between my toes

I giggle, feeling blessed, surrounded by love, their love, my Angels give

I fall asleep, my Feathers, protection from the sun rays, a Palm sways gentle

A Place Within The Centre

I create a place within our World, no noise exists

Chaos, negativity, tears, pain, anger, greed, no place

It does exist, found within the light, a centre of Love

Healing, stillness, comfort, Faith, Hope, Belief

We can all sit within this place, following your own light

Your Higher self guiding, intuition your map, God, your tears dry

The darkness cannot Find, this place of calm, no waves, trials

The mind, a stillness, processing, accepting, letting go

Do you see your light, the centre awaits, Angels wings comfort

Do you need this time today, yourself you give love, create calm

Enjoy the stillness, accept, let go, Angel wings collect

Your worries transported for Healing, enjoy this stillness

My Butterflies I Follow

I stand within the centre, nothing, just Butterflies

Colours, beauty, the sound of tiny wings flap

I observe their silence, their stillness, perfect

Their centred body, structured, stable, nothing exaggerated

Their wings, delicate, almost translucent, shine

They move so exquisite, much quaint, take flight

I watch them all sync, joining colours, creating Rainbow

Their movement changed, strands within the air, floating

I copy, I stand tall, creating stability, strong structure

Both arms extended, my wings form, Colour Purple becoming

I elevate so slight, syncing with the dancing Butterflies, strand

I’ve created still, silence, a perfect, my Butterflies I follow
