I give a little poem

I give a little of what I've learnt, to all of you today
I'm here to share my words with you and how my life has changed
I started to believe again, in what I hold so true
I have so much love and the light, I'm sending it to you

I never knew what I now do, that I write for you each day
I share what I have experienced, to help you on your way
I hope that I am succeeding in everything I do
I only want to give you hope, in everything that's you

Transformation can happen to us all poem

Transformation can happen to all of us, it only takes belief
To take what is unique to us, to bring changes that we need
It's only one small step away, but first you have to know
The path you have chosen to walk upon, will put your life on show

You will witness first some little things, that alter part of who you are
Then when your dedication is recognised, Gods help will show you all
From the moment of the first small change, a little bit of hope
Will stay there deep within your heart, your now ready to find you

You can't go back, your life unfolds, you've opened up the gates
Everything now flooding in, is for you to reach great strengths
The further that you walk this road, the more you can pick up
Because everything you'll ever need, Gods placed it on our path for us

Why would you want to stop, you now feel so alive
Your learning things you never knew, like a child riding their first bike
It all seems a bit wobbly at first, stabilisers you do need
But when God sees your progress, he will remove these from thee

God as faith that you will make it, he's watched how you've survived
He's kept his love with you, his Angels by your side
He knows who you will become, he's so happy you came to him
Or a life so peaceful  and happy, you never would have lived

During this transition, you will spiritually evolve
Like a butterfly in a cocoon, your ready to live your life
Your dreams they have returned to you, but they never really left
They'll always be the belief in you, please live your dreams today

Faith brings so much strength poem

If I had a coin for every prayer, that's been answered in my life
A little pot of gold is there, I'm rich within my life
I knew that prayer was powerful, but the blessings it as brought
To the lives of others I love so much, I brought to them the Lord

My own truth faith as kept us strong, when troubled times have come
Even though I shared their fear, my faith it kept me strong
They saw in me a pillar of strength, J carried them on my back
I placed them before our dear Lord, please watch over them each day

I have watched and seen the miracles, as their faith has also grown
They've learnt how to cope with life, when things are overturned
They pray to God the same as me,  their happy that they've found
The faith in them, that is in me, their light it does surround

Angelic help poem

When I asked the Angels to help me, I cannot believe what they've done for me
They brought hope into my life, they share their love with me
They sends me signs everyday, they send me what I know
They help me understand it all, they know which signs to show

If they want to stop me in my tracks, to think about my life
They place a feather on my path, the same as a red light
I have to stop my train of thought, as distracted I could be
It puts a smile upon my face, their telling me stop still

If they know I have a money problem, they will not give me that
But instead they place a coin upon the floor, to make me work it out
What they are really saying, your gonna be alright
Your problem with your finances, are gonna work out right

They may send a reoccurring number, my intuition they do tap in
To help me understand the clue, it's staring back at me
If I guess wrong, they do persist, the numbers they send again
Until I know what they have sent, the numbers will not go away

If They know I'm feeling blue, a song they'll play for me
They draw me to the words of one, they've planted there for me
They make the words seemed louder and bigger than before
They make me notice the ones I need, above the other words

If I'm in tune with them, their sparkles I do see
The colours of the rainbow, shining there for me
The flowing streams of whiteness, that dance around the room
Will show me they are here with me, their healing with their moves

We are the beauty in our world poem

The waters ever flowing, the birds they all do sing
The birds that do fly over, guided by their wings
The insects that crawl the ground, hidden from our sight
The bumble bees draw nectar, to make honey is their life

The grass is ever growing, rich in green it stands
The dew that stays in droplets, perfect on their strands
The buttercups that shine so bright, a yellow beyond compare
Grow in all their glory, the sunlight they do compare

The sky so blue, the clouds so white, as fluffy as can be
A butterfly is taking flight, its wings do carry thee
The stars that shine at night, as darkness does become
Brings us a wish, to send to God, to help us with our worry

The waters grand, oceans wide, the colours are not the same
The waves roll white, the waters blue, lagoons show green in style
Beneath the waters of the deep, a new world is alive
It represents the creatures of the deep, new ones  yet to be discovered

Our world is there for us to find, the beauty as it stands
Everything I've described above, is there within our land
So open up your eyes, and capture all there's beauty there too see
Our world is the same as us, your as beautiful as it

Someone called you poem

When you look around in search of someone, that someone is called you
You do not have to search too far, its living inside you
You'll find what you've been hoping for, there within your heart
You've  had it with you all your life, it's called your own true light

To be in touch with the light within, your life it will guide your way
It will open up possibilities and opportunities come your way
Your dreams are also placed there, with the light within your life
Your prayers will also be sent from you, they'll fly within your light

We are all guilty of searching, our answers we seek to find
To bring along some happiness, to fill our very lives
We waste so many years, some follow this in vain
They only had to go within, to find themselves again

living within a world of lost hope poem

I remember when I was a child, I cried myself to sleep
I thought I'd have to face the next day, alone and very scared
My sobbing would not stop, the pain inside my heart
As I watched someone I loved so much, lost within this world

They were supposed to take good care of me and true they did do this
But emotionally they were not there, mental Illness had found them
Sometimes a parent I would feel, as all my love I would give to them
I thought this would make them well and take their pain away

How wrong was I, some years have passed, an adult I've become
The pain that was present in their life,  has never gone back home
I watch a life be wasted, so much they could have shared
But deep inside their very soul, a scared child is where they've stayed

I suppose my journey as taken me to a place, where my faith shines a light
They've watched as I have grown into a beautiful woman after all
I know the guilt resides in them, but they do not have to carry that
My love for them as always remained the same, I love them more each day

The monster called mental illness poem

I've seen so many people, destroyed by all the pain
The monster who resides in them, every single day
A loved one, I so nearly lost, it's claws it sank inside
The monster I am talking about, lives within our mind

It takes you to a place of break, it hurts the ones you love
You feel so very helpless, can’t help the one you love
You cannot help heal their pain, as the monsters taken hold
It's destroying them from inside out, breaking hearts, you pray above

You see them looking blankly, recognise they do not do
Their so far now within their heads, they start to shut out you
They are so locked in, a prison cell, is how they feel inside
Their heart is also broken, they've lost reality of  their life

The medications start to ease and numb out all the pain
Two words they do not speak, their words, not come today
They sit within their own four walls, of their lonely home
Scared of where their heading, they feel so all alone

They contemplate the words forbidden, they do not want to leave
So the medication they swallow, they have the strength to live
They know they can't be with you, in their mind it's just a shell
But in their hearts they love you, they have to get themselves well

The monster that I describe to you, I've seen it all my life
I understood and seen it all, from when I was a small child
I think that I describe it well, for the others left behind
That mental Illness is a force, it destroys so many lives

It is an illness that can't be helped, we don't know when it will strike
We have to hope it never comes into our life someday
We've seen with our two eyes, the chaos that it brings
The ones who suffer with this all, have not asked to carry this
Remember those who suffer now, I understand your pain
But you are so strong, you have the courage, fight this dreaded pain

The next time you see a person all alone poem

The next time you see a person, who sits there all alone
Remember they have what you have, a heart inside of them
They still possess a smile, even though it's not on show
They want someone to sit with them, to ask them how they are

They sit each day in the same spot, the world it passes by
Everyone so busy, ignored they feel inside
They feel so invisible, no one will call their name
So another day, they sit alone, no one will ever care

They sit there pale, their face is gaunt, their hunger pains they hurt
Their noses run, another cold brought on by sleeping rough
They only wish for just one night, a comfy bed they have
To lay upon the pillows soft, a duvet over them

Unless someone takes care of them and takes them by the hand
To let them know they'll be alright, tonight there not alone
A cup of tea piping hot, is placed within their hand
A meal is there before them, the hunger pains are helped

We should not judge another, who's life as given this to them
The circumstances surrounding them, as brought this all to them
They are the same as me and you, they only want some love
Please help those who have no one, the streets is all they know

They have a name, they do have dreams, the same as me and you
They still have hopes within their life, they want to live like you
They carry love the same as us, so offer them your time
See the love that shines from them, because you've noticed them

I work so hard in my life, I know you do the same
But every time it gets to much, stop and see where you stay
Look within your blessed heart and look at what is true
Are you living your true dreams, that God has given you

If your life is missing a little bit, of what you hope to be
Brings your dreams alive again and find out what you meet
If you look into a mirror, you should love who's looking back
You are unique to only you, no one as gifts you have

They are yours to take and build upon, to grow to who you are
They are your greatest asset, there yours to show in thee
To contribute that bit of you, will turn your life around
To share it with the rest of our world, your following Gods plan

I wake up early in the morn, I wonder what today will bring
I never get disappointed, since my journey started within
I always get surprised, by the gifts you send my way
They never are material, they only come with love

You do not send me money, unless it's for my good
You always help my family for their highest good
You send to me abundance, in many different forms
But everything that I receive is always sent with love

I only pray the same today, as I've always done
And that is for my family and humanity, to be watched over by our lord
I wouldn't ask for things that money can only buy
I only ask for protection, throughout the whole wide world tonight

This makes me very happy, as my love I send to all
I feel so peaceful inside of me, Gods watching over all
So each night before I sleep, I may not say your name
But God knows who I'm praying for, I love you all the same

Every light I see that sparkles in the night, I know it is you

Life is not easy poem

Whoever said life is not easy, I know now that is true
I've realised if this was the case, our life it would not grow
It does get so hard sometimes, but we have to weather the storm
So we can return to calmer waters and take what we have learnt

We may at times hit tidal waves and our world gets turned upside down
We may have to ride the rapids, dogging rocks and all
If we hit one we're tossed around, control is what we lose
We only can keep swimming on, where a waterfall meets you

Before us now the waters fall, our life it now stands still
The current is much calmer, the tide is on our side
Our life has stopped spinning, peacefullness does surround
We've conquered what life as thrown at us, strength is what we've found

Next time you see a peacock and their colours they show to you

Look at all the beauty, they put on show for you

As their feathers shine in the days sun, radiance is what you'll see

They are Gods beautiful creatures, sent from God to thee

Their feathers with there colours, are in the rainbows that you see

They are colours of your Angels, who are always there with you

They are rays of colour upon the ground, brought on by the rain

Their colours also resemble you, you have wings also the same

A peacock stands so smart and tall, their wings they do array

To mesmerise you to look at them, their stance is balanced so

We cannot run from fear poem

I've learnt, that what we run from, is there to make us strong
They are our challenges to overcome, we have things that we must learn
Each time we run, we have just pressed pause, it will return again
It's there to show us what is fear and how we understand

Fear is such a big impact, that's why we remember well
It leaves an imprint on our soul, a lesson we will know well
Each time we stand and face it all, our courage we will see
We use this when we're faced again, with fear facing thee

Like you all, I do get scared, but what I tell you all
Face your fears of today, there not as scarey as you thought
The biggest thing we need to know, is running will not help
As with the fear, it holds great power over the rest of our life

So please be brave and write it down, your fears you hold within
Take a look at the words you've wrote and see how small they sit
There not so big on paper, look with eyes that are so true
You'll understand your fear, it is there facing you

You've placed it externally, you've removed it from your life
It sits alone on paper, for you to analyse
Who would have thought what feels so big and suffocates your soul
Is only small, we've made it big, with the fears we always hold

What I have learnt about fear poem

What I have learnt within my life, when our fear surrounds us
Were pushed to limits we have to face, the feelings consume us
And like you my life as been in turmoil, cause of work
I go each day to save the lives of children of this world
I've cried each day as the fear I've felt, as kept me up at night
I hadn't chosen this way to work, God placed it in my life

Even though the work I do, brings so much to others each day
The fear and doubt that consumes me, I'm scared to make a mistake
These fragile beings are in my care, for me to give them life
I know the job I do each day, I'm a miracle in their lives

I now know why God gave me this, he knew the gifts I have
He knew that I would find this hard, as the love I hold deep within
He knew that he was pushing me, to bring to me the light
It's helped me waken up my soul, my fear as become my light

I have walked so many different paths to distract me from the pain
It's brought my faith into my life, so others they will gain
If I hadn't had this experience, my fears I would not have faced
I would have lived in the shadow of my life, not understanding what fear can do

I'm not scared anymore, I understand it all
I am now brave like those I care, I'm ready for this world
What I feared most as brought to me, the greatest gift of all
It's shown me how I love others and my selflessness helps all

I could not walk away from them, I knew they needed me
Instead I hid my fears, consuming all of me
I am so very grateful, of what they've brought into my life
They've taught me not to run away, but faces fears within my life

We all have our trials to face, we don't know what we'll be dealt
God only as the answer to this, our life he has planned out
He will take us all to places, where we will need to overcome
The hardest things we'll have to face, are there to make us strong

He knew before he gave  us these, how much of it could we cope
He knew what would be there to break us, before we surrendered all
He knew that we would need him, as alone we could not face
He gave us these to keep our faith and love him ever more

So don't give up with what you face, a trial is all it is
Along with everything you go through, you carry God within
You will overcome all you face, as God is by your side

They've told me hold the hope in you, your life will work out right

They are placing wings around you, to take away your pain
They want to see your lovely smile, rise on your face again

They want to say if your life is hard, a trial you now face

My vision poem

Throughout my whole life the same vision has stayed with me
I'm sitting there so peaceful, writing under a willow tree
I see my quaint cottage, so pretty and so neat
It's windows draped with blue checked curtains, tied back there for me
It has a small picket fence, surrounding garden small
Showing colours of all the flowers, I truly do adore
A rose bush red and blossoms white, embracing a small tree
That sits there in my garden, as pretty as can be

My flowing hair, tucked underneath a straw hat on my head
My knees tucked up against me, thoughts running through my head
As I look up at the sky so blue, the sun it shines on me
A peacefulness surrounds me, the heat bares down on me

I hope some day my vision, does come alive
I've kept the vision with me,throughout my entire life
I don't know why it stays with me, I've never let it go
I ask my lord if this is planned for me, I thank you for it all

I will use my patience well, until the time it comes
I don't know when this time will come, but faith I have dear lord
I have so much already, for all I'm truly grateful
But one day I will understand, the message you keep sending

I never knew my life would be, where I now am placed
In a life of great belief, it helps me everyday
I know if things are there to learn, I never am alone
I've been given a path to walk, to live my life again

Before this time my life was hard, I never knew myself
I would walk around my lonely world, feeling lost and torn
I didn't have the hope back them, to help me through the day
I couldn't feel the love within, my heart was locked away

This is what I found the hardest, as my love I could feel there
But in my mind I was alone, I felt no one did care

He placed me on a journey, to strip back my life again

My sparkles with me poem

When I was small my eyes would see, the sparkles there for me
I would watch in sheer amazement, at the beauty surrounding me
I would wave my hand and cup it tight, trying to take just one
But the sparkles were too fast for me, they flew above me high

I'd smile at them to tease them down and chuckle as they flew
They would come and surround me, flowing kisses blew
It felt to me they stroked my face, as gently as could be
They even tickled my tiny nose, causing me to sneeze

I looked forward everyday, my sparkles came to me
I danced with them and watched their colours changing all around
We would spend our hours enjoying our time, our love it felt so strong
I even said my prayers to them, to wish them all goodnight

I'd blow a kiss into the air, before I closed my eyes
My sparkles had returned to me, in the darkness of the night
Their sparkles shone much brighter, my room it felt so safe
I now felt ready to close my eyes and dream the night away

Faith brings so much poem

I have seen how faith has brought so much, to the ones I love
It's been their strength through it all, they never did give up
When they had nowhere to turn to, they turned to me for help
The only words I shared with them, God will work it out

So they did what I had said to them, excitement stirred in them
They would call me up to let me know, their glad they have their faith
Things have turned out, or better still, beyond what they prayed for
They look at how the endings been, a godsend from our Lord

I watch them all and see in them a glow that shines so true
The walk around,head held high, new confidence they've found
I now know that they will never leave their faith, the belief they hold in them
They tell me that their grateful and their love they feel for him

My inner child it's been forgot, my life back then was easy
I only had to give my time, creating my imagination
I would laugh and smile and skip along, my worries were not there
I would sit and draw my dreams in colour, my perfect world was there

My adult life as brought with it, many troubles on my path
My dream when I was just a child, hadn't included that
The innocence my mind back then, did not include this fight
Of living life in the here and now, life can be very hard

I need to go back to that time and explore my life again
In the eyes I once had, my life I dream again
If I take away the trials, that have been placed on me

Your Angels say these words to you, before you go to sleep
Place your worries and all you fear, in a bag for them
Imagine as you tie a knot and hand it over to them
That your worries now will be healed, you can face another day

They are not yours anymore, they are placed within Gods hands
He's healing what you've sent to him, he's placed his love on them
Solutions he has given you, as your mind will be so clear
You will not feel the trouble they brought, you have nothing left to fear

Now you have done what they have said, peaceful you will feel
Clarity will fill you now, an emptiness you will feel

The things our eyes may miss

I look at how beautiful life can be, each breath you take brings something new
Each sound you hear, is different from the one moments before
Each person you meet, as a different message to share with you
Each season brings new change, transformation is happening all the time
Your life is taking snapshots so quickly, it is hard to hold onto everything
The view from your window is everchanging, even though you may not see why
One perception of what you see doesn't stay the same, differences will be there
One second of time passes, your life as moved on from that moment, as change is underway
One cloud in the sky can be perceived as just that, your brain recognises only this, take a closer look
Messages will be there
Our eyes perceive only what we appear too see, but an illusion is created, look more closely you will notice something
Our life can discover many hidden treasures, we will spot things never have we seen before, when we focus less on the image we see before us, search around, what is found underneath it all

Our dreams are there within us all, we only have to recognise
That what was once, a mere thought, inspired by our minds
It has a beginning, a middle and an end, it's ours to bring a life to it
It's ours to change our way, it is there to be transformed and created into life
Our dreams are unique only to us, there part of our own life
When we recognise within, our dream is what it brings
It creates us as the person, our soul begins to sing
When we unravel our potential, our growing will expand
Within our lives we've found great things, our wisdom will be found
Our knowledge too, will follow suit, our experiences in life surround
So our little dreams, when allowed too grow, gives us more than we will know
What we have done is believed in you, our life will become true

When I look at life, I see everything
Everything is possible, dreams are achieved
There is nothing that we cannot do
Doing the things we have before us, we can achieve
To achieve what we set as an intention, can become a reality
To set an intention, brings life into existence
We can choose any path to walk
Walking the steps, brings us control over our life
Controlling our thoughts, moves things in the desired direction
We can control our destiny, it starts out as a dream
Our dream is now being fulfilled
There is nothing we cannot do, everyone starts somewhere
Somewhere leads to everything

Our thoughts are who we think we are, they interfere with our choice
If they are out of balance, we block what's sent to us
Our vibrations they stay low, our thoughts are not happy ones
They don't reflect who we truly are, our messages get blocked

Our vibrations are so important, of the path upon we walk
If they are not in highest form, our path we start to stray
We will not hear our Angels, our signs they do not come
Our life stands still to where we are, our future doesn't grow

So keep your thoughts of highest good, your soul it does become
One of true reflection and truth in finding you
Your connection with your Lord and the Angels too

We have others who have no one poem

We have so many people, who have no one in their world today
They are placed around our big wide world, their hidden out the way
They cannot let you know where they are, themselves they do feel lost
They think the worlds forgotten them, there sitting all alone

What they need more than anything, is for someone to say their name
So they can see someone is there, who cares for them today
They only want to share a smile and someone to hear their words
They need someone to hold their hand and tell them I love you

No one should feel this pain right now, the love that we all hold
Is needed sent within your prayers, to say please help them God
They won't know that it's you who sent them this, but inside they will feel warm
You've sent to them the greatest gift, you've sent to them your love

It doesn't matter you can't see them, but believe they do exist
They do not want to hide themselves, they have a life to live
So I ask you all please today, please pray for ones who are lost

Transformation is going on, our lives are being moved
We're being prepared to live our lives, within our perfect world
We are all walking a different path, one we've never met before
It's helping us to find ourselves, to protect all in our world

Our world cannot stay as it is, full of so much pain
We each are watching as the dark, takes our world away
God as come to say to us, a second chance I give
To rebuild what is broken, to heal our world again

He's placed in us his very self, so connect is what we'll do
He's even sent his Angels, too walk your path with you

Our lives are very simple, we make them hard for us
As we question everything we hold, our life confuses us
We really don't have to go so deep, as what we all search for
Is always with us, we don't need to search, it's there within our hearts

If we sit so still, our mind is empty, what will be found in there
A peacefulness, untouched, our dreams we will find there
Our thoughts they will connect, with our own true self
Our lives unfold before our eyes, our story it will tell

When we are in this state of bliss fullness, our self will connect with you
It is the voice that we ignore, our egos blinding us
In this space you've chosen to have, your ego cannot break
You are one with God and of all, your light will overtake

So keep your life simple, so your path ahead is clear
Trust wirhin the guidance, that's there to help you steer

Then a burst of water appears, it shakes us from within

All the signs are there, being placed upon my path
My Angels have been working hard, everyday this week
I have seen feathers, they are mine to keep
Opportunities keep popping up, my opening of my dreams

My mind is full of so much, my list is very long
I didn't have the answer, now they've all arrived on time
I have a choice of career, my heart it will decide
I'll know how good my choice feels, the feeling will be right

I hadn't realised before today, my work started long before
The answers to my prayers, were with me all along
The only thing I'm now glad of, is the hard work I have done
It's made the transition easier, with the chosen one

I have had losses of loved ones past, in the two years of my change
I know they are still with me, they have helped me with my prayers

They always gave me praise, they knew and loved me for who I was

When I open up my eyes and take a little breath
I feel so truly grateful, to my precious Lord
I thank him in the prayer I speak, for watching over me
For sending me his Angels, to watch me as I sleep

I go about my day, the brightness shines in me
My head is filled with many dreams, waiting to be achieved
God hears my thoughts and takes what's true and waters my new seed
It's taken root, tiny buds are appearing, my dream is being me

The beginning of my spiritual journey poem

I'm going back to the beginning,of where my journey began
It seems a million miles from now and where my life as been
I remember in the early days, confusion filled my heart
The craziness that filled my head, the aching in my heart

I felt like I was grieving, the pain it hurt me so
My life it was in pieces, I had nowhere to go
The tears they fell forever, the fear it wouldn't go
I never got a break from it, my life was meant to grow

I couldn't stop the process, I hung on for dear life
The only time I felt at peace, was when I closed my eyes
But when I woke It would start again, a road of no return
Balancing between the world I knew and the spirit world combined

The light it then came to me, but the darkness followed too
I was in a battle of two worlds, unsure of where to go
I had to find a balance, so the spinning soon would stop
So I could assess where I was, my journey I forgot

It took me several years, to understand what I'd been through
The spinning stopped, I was at peace, look back was all I knew
I remember every detail of the trials I had to face
But look at where I am today, I'm showing you the way

I hold within my hand, a feather upon my path
I take it everywhere I go, I never lay it down
My darling Angels gave it me, as a gift from up above
They sent it down from heaven, to send me all their love

Then just as I feel such hope, a rainbow appeared to me
As I looked up I knew this was, my message there to see
It told me that my answer, to the prayer that I had asked
Had been sent to say, you're okay, you truly are well blessed

I felt so high, the signs were sent, to let me know it's okay

As I run around the fields, feeling as free as a bird
My wings that are there upon my back, are spread out by my side
The sun is shining brightly, the light it shines on me

When I was small the one called God, was never spoken about
So how did I know who he was, my worries he sorted out

I see a light before me, it's brilliance draws me in
I slowly walk towards it, but a long way it does bring

I'm all alone on the streets poem

As I sit here all alone, the rain is pouring down on me
My bones are chilled from all the winds, blowing around me
I have no one, my only friend, is the doorway that I sit
The cardboard pieces placed upon my shoulders, bring shelter that I need
My feet are bare, my shoes are worn, my socks they do not protect
As I walk for miles for a place, I need to find to rest
As I sit alone, the passers by, they do not look my way
As I sit alone, my head hung low, a pain I feel again

Why can't people see, this way of life was given to me to live
By a system that has let me down, they should have cared for me
No one has even missed me, since the day I chose to run
I might as well be invisible, to the people of my world

I have a little box, that says please help me
But when I look inside it, few pennies do face me
My trembling hands from the cold, count what is there  inside
It is enough to get a tea, but my stomach will be empty tonight

Another night I will face, laying upon ground so very hard
I cover myself with what I have, a cardboard for me to hide
I'll try to sleep, but it's not the same as a warm bed I should be in
I have to keep one eye open, in case danger comes to me

When I wake, my eyes are dark, my pale face on show
I'm wondering where I'll go today, to even have a wash
I pack my things and do head off, as the owner has arrived
He shouts at me, for sleeping in his doorway overnight
I scramble fast, it's all a blur, which road will I now take
To find a place to sit down and start the fight again

We each have within a strength, we think it doesn't exist
When life gets hard we call for it, we don't know where it is
So we sit and cry, our tears they fall, our heart it hurts so much
We sob and sob, we do call out for someone please help us

We don't know how we'll cope with this, as alone inside we feel
Why can't I find this strength within, as I know it is real

Our life is like a see-saw, swinging back and forth
We go to heights, but then we drop, to the depths of low
For our life to feel balanced, we have to stop this ride
Remain where we are centred, in the middle of our flight

How can we feel focused, as we swing up and down
We can see the path ahead, but the view it does bring change
The only way to see in front, of what is there to learn
Is stop right now, quiet your mind, observe what is around

This is the time you see before you, a vision of the post
Which gives you options on your path, what road you will follow
If your life swings up and down, this is so hard to do
Your vision is distorted, you choices become confused

Where I am now on my journey, God knows where that is
I've come so far, I can't go back, I do not recognise me
I cannot go too far forward, as opportunities I will miss
So in the present I will stay, trust in God I have to give

I don't know what this change is, it's swimming in the air
I cannot guess, or understand what God has planned for me
But all the work I've done so far, is preparing it for me

When I discover this new found life and what my purpose is

Our world is oh so beautiful, there's so much for our eyes to see
We haven't even reached the tip of the iceberg, our life we need to seek
There are so many places we have missed, that want to be explored
The waters, mountains and such things are placed for us to find

To walk across the sandy beach, that's forgotten and untouched
There are waters that are flowing, into oceans which are vast

I have just been shown the image, of my grandchild to be born
His silhouette so perfect, it's nestled where it's safe
The glow inside that I feel now, the beauty I've just seen

My grandchild was created from pure love, two people shared what's true
Inside their hearts the love they feel, they knew they could love you
So they turned to God to speak to him, to ask for this true gift

When I was a child poem

When I was just a child, my friends they came to me
No one else could see them, their wings they showed to me
We'd run throughout the daisies, making chains to put around our necks
We sat and laughed together, till the sun began to set

When I was tucked up for the night, my mother placed a kiss upon my cheek
I could see my beautiful friends, standing in my room with me
As my mother turned off the light, and darkness met me
The light that shone so brightly, walked over to sit with me

They held my hand, which was so small, blonde curls tickled my face

I know the feeling the light brings and the love I feel within
It is so utterly beautiful, a peacefulness resides within
It makes you feel so warm, as you glow inside
It makes you feel your wings, that settle upon your back

It takes you to the places, where your past is left behind

My darling Angels, won't you please help me
I'm feeling sort of lost right now, I need you here with me
I need your loving wings,  to be placed around me now

We can all be who we want to be, there's nothing to hold us back
We only stop from moving forward, as we listen to ourselves
Our ego has found what we want the most, so it tries to stop you

As you see from the way I write, these are experiences I have had
That why I chose to write my words, to help others understand
When we have things to deal each day, the pain within our lives

My nightmare called OCD poem

I've finally had a wake up call, it's ruined my whole life
I hadn't realised how much it takes, to understand my life
I've had these thoughts my whole life, I thought they were who I am
What I've just had a lightbulb, waking me from my living hell

I've lived this life since seven years old, I thought this is who I was
I've cried and cried for it to go, but it never went away
As I have grown, it's grown with me, blocking out my growth
It's kept me hidden from the world, scared to show the real me

I could not show myself at all, as the voice within my head
Controlled how I perceived myself, I'm a shadow to my host
My laughter shown, my smile I gave, but the pain was hurting me
I had to hide what my insides, were churning within me
No one knew I hid it well, I could not let them know
In case they didn't understand and they asked me why

I share my words to give you hope, to tell you all today
Your lightbulb moment will come to you, as it did to me today
You'll then understand the power it had, you've taken your life back
Take one step to recovery, walk within your shining light

Say goodbye to OCD and thank it for its help
OCD takes everything, but a strength Within you found
To fight the thoughts inside your head, takes tremendous strength
You are not weak, you are not small, your bravery I am proud
It takes so much to fight this thing, don't ever put yourself down

When I wake up today, who knows what I will see
Each day as been different, since my journey began
It never ceases to amaze me, the things that I will see
The gifts my Angels have placed there, on my path for me

Sometimes I see colours, flowing through the air
A feeling that I'm not alone, my Angels standing there
A song so sweet, my ears embrace, the words are mine to take
The interference on my phone, it rings but no ones there

The lamp that sits upon my desk, it flashes on and off
I hear my name, I look around,  but nobody is there

Our Angels do so much for us, there's things that you should know
They place their words they speak to us, in places for you to find
They guide you to find them, the words that you then read
Are answers to your questions, you've prayed to God for thee

They send to you a person, a coincidence it may seem
But they have been placed before you, a message they do heed
You haven't met by pure chance, their Angels said to them
please change the path ahead of you, then you cross your paths

They sends you signs, I've mentioned but a few
I need to say the birds above, bring messages for you
A bird you see, the type it is, will follow you around
Until you notice they are there, a message will be found

But what your feeling as you walk, is intuition being found

Our life is like the seasons poem

Our life is like the seasons, that pass throughout the year
Our winter time is when we hide and seek our solitude
We sleep and rest and rejuvenate, our transformation will begin
And when we wake into the spring, our new self will appear

Were not complete at this stage, as spring as just begun
Our life is like the sprouting shoots, emerging from the ground
Transforming now as we enter, in a phase of all growth new
Were learning so much about our selves, we're growing into you

Summer comes were in full bloom, for others all to see
They look at us, from where we was alone and fast asleep
The sun shines bright, down on us and as we soak up all the sun
We feel so pleased with our selves and what we have achieved

The year is coming to an end, we look at where we've been
But we have only completed, a little bit of thee
We're happy with all we have now, but some more we want to learn
As we enter winter yet again, a new cycle starts to form

Our life is ever changing, two days are not the same
One minute it is running smooth, the next chaos reigns
Our life is unpredictable, circumstance brings with it change
We have to be ready, to deal with what our life plays

How can we prepare ourselves, for the changes placed on us
Where do we find the strength from, when upheaval surrounds us
We may need to be brave, our courage we must hold
We don't know what's around the corner, in Gods plan for us

The only way we can deal, with whatever comes our way
Is embrace it for what it is, there's learning to be found
We do not know how we will cope, so a trust we have to find

How can something so beautiful, hurt so very much

How can we have so much of it, that we hide it from the world
Why do others give freely, this is what they've all been taught

What I'm sharing with you all, is the love we hold within

It's either beating way too fast, or its aching very much
It is there to share around, but others will abuse

Our heart and love, is more precious, more than you will know

I saw a robin red breast, perching on a tree
As I looked up our eyes connect and this is what I see
I see the loved ones I have lost, their love they send to me
The little robin red breast, perched upon a tree

A butterfly sat so still, upon the window ledge
I take a look so quietly, not to make it scared
I'm mesmerised by beauty, that the wings upon its back
Resemble you, before you left, to the promised land

My faithful dog, sits by me, his head upon my lap
He watches as I cry my tears, wishing you were back
But I now know when God took you, he needed you back home
To pray and watch over me, every single day

God decided that it was your time, ready I was not
When the Angels took your hand, it sent me into shock
They looked at me and gave a smile, a comfort this did bring
As I knew your pain, they took from you, they also gave you wings

I knew you were an Angel, before this day had come
I'd seen in you so many times, you were my blessing from above
I miss you still, I always will, my tears I'll always cry
But every time I miss you, the above in you I have to remind
You never left, you never will, I know this much is true
As God will send you back to me, when he knows I'm missing you
It may be a bird, a butterfly a dog who sits by me

Angels signs poem

The spiritual path, I now walk on, as brought so much to me
It started off with numbers, double, now there three
The numbers stay the same each day, until the lessons learned
I need to know what I must have, to help me grow some more

The feathers started falling down, upon my path they lay
They were there for me to find, my steps I walked that day
They came in white, and as above they changed in colour for me
The meanings of what they meant, were  there to find in me

The clouds they spoke within the shapes, created in the sky
So I could understand my life, and what my future holds
They have shown me things that I now know, a vision is what I see
As I look up to pray to God, my cloud will change for me

The songs that stayed within my head, repeating all day long
Shared with me the words I needed, to help my answer come
Sometimes I'd hear an Angels choir, playing beautifully for me
It brought me comfort in my life, as my Angels were  with me

So you see from what I write, the Angels send you signs
Once a call is made to them, they stay there by your side
It's not just me, but you as well who receives these beautiful gifts
Just thank your Angels for their signs, others you will receive

If we sit so still our mind is quiet, what do we do now
We close our eyes and place the light released from Gods own hands
Our mind is blank, there's plenty of room, to invite new in your life
Before the stillness came to you, your mind was packed so tight

Your worries consumed your every part, of where your new could go
This brought darkness to you life, as your light, no room to grow
You were shackled by the chains, that suffocated your true heart
But when you still your mind, your shackles break, the light is left to roam

This is what you needed, as the pace it was too much
You had to slow down someday, this was Gods plan for you
He had to teach you how to still, so he's stopped you on your way
To let you know he needs you, in the world today

He's promised he will show you, the truth you need to know
To keep you in the stillness, to bring the new to you
He asks that you are grateful for the blessings that he brings

Our world is full of beauty, but also is there pain
There is the light there with us, but darkness also reigns
There is some peace, but also war that brings our world down
We recognise we do need help, our God we do shout out

There are the Angels up above, but demons are below
There is the light within us, but the fires also glow
There is a heaven and hell, that all of us will know
It is the good verses evil, our world is between the two

We have to help, with what we know, exists in all of us
Too change our world to beauty, our wars will have to go

On the day that you were born poem

On the day that we are born, we are moulded in our life
By others who we meet in life and what they bring to us
Our views we hold are always ours, but a little bit of them
Gets placed within our thoughts, we hold on to what they send

As we grow we learn some more, of views they place in us
Their own life and where it's been, then gets put onto us
They may not realise at the time, how this will affect thee
Once we reach adulthood, we carry them and me

Who is me, do we really know, as our choices that we make
Are based on us and everyone and how we will react
If we were just our thoughts, with only God, placed within us now
We would make the choice to live our life and share our light around

Instead we walk upon a path, where ourselves will be dissolved
And only things that are our true self, will stay there and be strong
Our other things that are not ours, will be left upon the path
The steps we take as we move forward, never looking back
God will not let you carry, what's not yours to own
So everything that does not belong, he's taken it back home
There he will bring healing and transmutation will begin
The light that he sends to you, is the light you were born with

I ask my darling Angels, I need to speak too you
The information you've shared with me, please tell me what to do
I don't know what to do with it, or where I need to go
I may not have heard you clearly, could you please speak up

The signs that you have given, I wrote down in my book
I keep on looking over them, I don't understand them all
There's pieces missing, I wish to find, to help me on my way
Can you please help me, put them all together today

I know I may not have, all that I will need
To put them all together, to build the life I need

God our father up above, I pray to you tonight
I pray that all and everyone in the world today
Will have light around them, as they travel on their way
I ask each one, strength they will find, so give up they will not do
They will know your with them, cause you love them so

I pray that pain which inflicts their soul, is taken from their life
This is then replaced by the light, you send their way

We each resemble a flower, starting out as just a seed
We need the light within us, water brings our life in thee
We need a little love and for someone to take care of us
We need someone to place us in their home, to watch and protect us

As we start to grow, our little sprouts will suddenly appear
We are starting to transform into what we will become
Our petals form, our colour bright, love is who we are
We are now someone's pride and joy, as their day we do light up

Why can life be so hard sometimes
The hours of the day are not enough
Your working life, owns you, you never feel your worth
You have your dreams to live your life, so still and full of peace
But there isn't enough time, to tend to the needs of thee

So you take what you can, a promise you have made
When you began your journey on the path, to find yourself again
So inbetween the busyness, you take a little time
To sit so still and go within and quiet your busy mind

What you find when you get there, the visions that you see
Sparkles full of colours are surrounding all of thee
You feel a warmth within you, from your head to your toes
You connect with your higher self, and your answers will be shown

So I ask you all today, please do the same as me
Forget about your busyness and spend sometime within
For what you find will bring so much and help you pave the way

The journey I'm on poem

When the journey I'm now on started in its tracks
I wasn't sure when this was, as it happened very fast
One minute my life is plodding on, worry consumed my day
Then there before me, were my Angels saying hey

I must have been nudged some way, to show me what to see
If I hadn't taken notice, I would surely not have seen
There were signs and messages all around, for me to hold on to
To explore the meanings and why they had been left for me to grow

It's been some years from where it began, it's certainly been a ride
There have been times of happiness and days when all I did was cry
There were prayers spoken only in my head, then others my knees were to the ground
As everyday is different, there are new things to be found

I will continue to walk my journey, as I've now learnt to explore
And what I find upon my path, I'll share this with you all

I'll continue what God as given me, he trusts me with his world

I've asked today that my life will change, to who I am right now
I've listened to the words I've heard, as I've walked my chosen path
Some things I have do not hold within, they only hold me back

I ask that you meet me in a place of perfect peace
You know where I will meet you, as we've been there many times
I'm sitting in the garden, full of pure delight

I see you as you're walking, so elegant and tall
You sit yourself beside me, so we can have our talk

As waters pass us by, they glisten in the sun
They flow so very perfect and remain full of still
They do not worry where they go, a flow is what they take
They take a journey of so small, great oceans they create

The waters now are more vast, more things they will have to meet
The stillness that they once had, now waves they will compete
But if they remain still throughout it all, accomplish they will do
And as each new waves surrounds them, they will know just what to do

They will stay with what they knew before, the flow is what they'll take
It will help them overcome any hurdle, they will continue on their way

I know this journey,  that God has set for us

Our life was running smooth, or maybe that's what we thought
