I sit here just a thinking, before I go too sleep
What will my prayer say tonight, thoughts consuming me
How will my prayer start off, how will it all end
All I know whatever I say, the world my prayer helps mend
How long will my prayer last, will it be all night
Will it be minutes or hours, the timing will be right
A prayer it never can be rushed, the words they have too flow
Whatever’s sitting in my heart, your name I let God know
My hands they place together, my words are being sent
With my words are warmth and love, true meaning it is meant
Light it also joins you, you feel a warmth within
In my prayers I ask God, to keep you safe with him
Love, light and healing energies too you all
