Our minds are very clever, they like to play much games
The words they share do stop us still, not worthy they relay
Our fears created in this place, our ego tells us lies
Our human self believes the things, created in our minds
Some thoughts they are so positive, some do pull us down
Some create our wildest dreams, some stop us in a crowd
Some create our bridges, some create our walls
Our minds knows how to share our lives, but also cause a stall
Our minds are always busy, they never do switch off
They throw at us scenarios, ones to scare our life
The only way to stop them, is go within the still
