Our lives are like a see saw, our feet spring of the ground
The harder that we push our spring, the heights, new views around
We take our views with gladness, our hearts they feel the light
But then we hit the ground so hard, meet darkness of the night
We spring again, to help ourselves, to join the light again
This time we will see something new, our view of life now changed
We take in all the pleasures, we hold our memories tight
For when we land, we need our strength, to continue on our flight
So yet again, we spring our feet, we know what now does come
In the air, ourselves will grow, our strength, remains now one
So what my words are showing you, yes, life is ups and downs
But the strength we place within our springs, our darkness we can drown
