I wake up nice and early, excited in my tum
I’ve got another journey, for my steps to come
I throw on my Grey joggers, a sweat top, which does match
I pick up my Black duffle coat, throw upon my back
I grab as I am leaving, a hot flask, full of brewed tea
To take upon my journey, to hydrate all of me
I think in mind, I’m missing, then it comes to me
I grab my book and Golden pen, to join my walk with me
Out I go, a spring in step, excitement swirling round
I squeal in delight, as I do hear, the leaves crunch on the ground
I walk a little further, here a stream, I meet
As my eyes do take a look, I see life, swimming sweet
I see a stream of plenty, colours they do clash
Sun rays hitting scales, vibrancy, does bounce
I watch them swimming downstream, to a place of new
My journey is no different, my walk gave me new view
Love, light and healing energies too you all
