Confront The Dark Tonight Poem

If we look at all our troubles, how big have they create
When had they appeared smaller, our mind now does forget
What was the first seed of our thoughts, what helped them to grow big
How long have they been manifesting, our minds there festering

Can we find that first cause, the emotions tagging long
Can we see explanation, our voices now lost song
Where have all our smiles gone, our tears now fill that place
I’ll share with you the answer, your life now fear you face

Getting rid of this feeling, it’s sometimes hard to do
The emotions they do linger, crippling inside of you
The only way to heal your pain, smile you now can find
Is face the fear, which holds on tight, confront the dark tonight
