I know as you, the steps you'll take, your spiritual path your on
You know inside you feel different, you pray to God to ask why
You haven't heard his answer yet, but one day it will come
You'll understand the pain your in, you'll understand all you've been through
Your journey feels so alien, you have lost a part of you
Your fears are blown out of proportion, you don't know what to do
You feel a longing for something else, but unsure of what this is
Don't worry God has given you this, to find in you yourself
He gave me meditation to help to quieten my mind
I found this method useful, so I share this with you all
I even found myself needed healing, so I practice this each day
I ask whatever helps you out, please use this way today
Confusion is the biggest thing, I found too overcome
But what I've learnt throughout this all, it really is just trust
You know right now just what this is, I've shared with you your plan
If God knew you was not ready yet, he would not be guiding now
The journey you are facing, is there to break you down
But don't despair, your not alone God has you by the hand
No matter how hard this journey gets and the darkness comes to you
