I ask you all today, do has I have done, find your voice and write your words,so they are free to roam
Your fears inside destroy so much, your voice is crying out
Just like me start to write, your words they will form now
The patterns of your life right now, will show you what is wrong
To place them in a writing form, great healing this will bring
Your fears alive, they are not hid, there's therapy in this
Take what you learn, to help each one, who's suffering with this
I like you, sheided all I feared and hid it deep inside
But when I started writing, my fears they did subside
I had no where to hide right now, as my fears were looking back
They didn't seem so scary now, there small enough to work out
If I kept them safetly where they were, enormous they did feel
But to uncover them in writing, small words they do appear
I didn't know I could write such words, until I started this
The healing that's its brought to me, as showed me all I feared
God has a way of helping you, he knows what will work best
So I say like me, give it a try, and lay your past to rest
