We have within our hearts right now, the key to happiness
Material things of humaneness, always block our way
The only things that matter, is the person who you are
God as made you perfect, he knows you have it all
He's not looking at your car, your job, or money in
Your home to him is not important, or the clothes portraying wealth
Your worth much more, your heart it stands ahead of everything else
God sees the light shining bright, he knows the faith within
God only gave you life as a human, to show you there is sin
He has placed before you on your path temptations to resist
God knows what would steer you away from him, so test is what he's done
He only wants you to live your life, carrying him through you
So happiness is always there, you only have to go inside
Your smile reflects the light you hold, you've realised your life
He feels the gratefulness you do hold, he hears your prayers each day
God knows you have understood your life, he brings peacefulness your way
