Each one in turn has showed me things, I have had to heal to
I could not see before my eyes, the gifts God had for me
So he sent me on a journey, so my life could be free
Now in my world , I do roam free, my heart it feels so light
My light which surrounds me, attracts the things I need in life
This could be love, it could be cash, or people don't you see
If I hadn't embraced the new in me, you would not know me today
I'm so glad I've chosen well, I trusted God you see
He gave me faith within my life, the day he healed me
If I hadn't kept my trust in him and chose to walk away
My words would not be here for you, to help show you the way
