Poetry as always, been lost, upon the shelves they dust
It's only used but by a few, who's interested in it's works
But what I've found, it's not just me, poetry is coming back to life
The internet, as so many more, creating light in all they write
Imaginations are roaming free, expressing people do
The literature showing there, it's people guiding you
The words they write not only me, are peoples voices lost
They are opening up as I have done, creating life within a book
Poetry is the new way, of showing you the way
God gave this way of writing, a chance to have it's say
Our voices they stay quiet, our thoughts stay in our hearts
But God woke up the poets, to share all in their world
There is poetry on hope and faith, it's a tool needed by most
It's a way of expressing, what needs to work, within our very lives
Who would have thought just like me, the words are coming out
We only want what's best for all, so our words we bring them out
I never knew this plan for me, at the beginning of it all
It wasn't even a thought back then, helping save this world
I didn't even know the words, I share with you each day
But if they were never part of who I was, my words I could not say
Love, light and healing energies too you all
