My life resembles a butterfly, still within a cocoon
I'm healing and transforming still, shedding old for new
Within my cocoon there with me, light is all around
My day is coming very soon, to show the world myself
Within a place of comfort, great nurturing takes place
Great love is flowing all through me, my fears are being replaced
I am getting so much stronger, myself becomes a new
My courage too is building, so I can face the new
At this present moment, protected by my own cocoon
A lot inside is happening, to prepare for my life new
I do not feel scared right now, many things will be complete
But the greatest thing I have is trust, God knows when to wake me from my sleep
