God Is Everything To Me Poem

I always felt the presence, of my one true Lord
I felt him with every breath I took, my faith in me was sure
I never for a moment, doubted God with me
I wouldn't be sharing my journey, my steps they would not reach

I think of God throughout the day, I talk like he's my best friend
I speak and tell him what I need, within my life today
I always say to him thank you, with every thought he hears
I always trust my answer shown, when God is ready to send it

I always hold within my heart great trust and also hope
I know God visits as  I sleep, he heals in me my sorrow
He helps me to make sense of everything, place peace within my soul
God is everything to me, he's my one true Lord
