God Created Us To Show Us More Poem

God created us, to teach us what life is all about
He taught us everything we need,  in life to survive now
God gave each of us gifts, to bring them into our world
So others can also use theirs, to connect us one and all

God knew before we were born, what our true purpose was
Then humanness became busy, took this thought from us
It's like our brains have been bogged down, where is our purpose now
It's there underneath the rubble, we have to work through now

Some rubble needs to be thrown away, some is to be forgot
Some will need great healing, some will hold on and stay
Some will need to be let go, some needs some patience still
Some will give our strength to us, to fight the fear within

You see our lives are not easy, our thoughts control our life
Our experiences bring fortune, others tread us down
Some we will remember, others we blank out
But to ever find our purpose, we have to sort it out

That is our life in a picture, we have everything we need
We have rubble, also light and love, we have a path to lead
We have to walk up to the starting line, God will tell us when to go
Our journey we have chosen now, our rubble we work through

I never at all said this would be easy, if it was what would we learn
Imagine everyday you find, a little more of you
It is an exciting adventure, it's your biggest one of all
Accepting God within your life, so he can show you more
