I feel the pain in our world today, it hurts my aching heart
I feel the suffering of the families, who's relatives they've lost
This should not be existing, this never was the way
God cries when he sees his children, losing life today
I pray each day for God to send, his precious love our way
So that some reconciliation, will change our world some day
I'm not talking about religion or the greed within our world
But the light we were all born with, this can only save our world
God is giving us signs, he's waking us up now
He's using what he gave us, our gifts to share around
Our light you send is powerful, it changes life within a breath
But we all have to shine our light, so God can show us all the way
I like you don't know the future, but I dream a world of peace
I share my words of light with you, before I go back home
I do not know of the impact, of my words I share each day
But when I watch you from the sky, I will catch your light each day
