Signs and symptoms during spiritual awakening and how it affects your mind

During a spiritual awakening it is not just your physical body that is affected it is your mind and how you deal with the emotions you are experiencing.
Here is a list of just some of the emotions that have affected me.
Crying for no reason
Becoming withdrawn and feeling isolated.
Feeling overwhelmed and stress levels are high.
Feeling euphoria.
Feeling spacey and not connected.
Anger and resentment.
Guilt.
Low self esteem.
High confidence.
Feeling overwhelmed when hearing,seeing or when people are talking about anything negative.
Not wanting to watch anything negative on television.
Old negative habits becoming more pronounced.
Feeling fearful of situations that would not usually bother you.
Losing interest in present job as You can feel change happening within you.
Feeling frustrated at lack of time,financial status or any other obstacle that is before you stopping you
Exploring your life purpose
Confused at times
Seeking meaning in your life
Feeling a sense of loss like you are bereaved,but what is happening is that you are losing yourself as you change.
Extreme tiredness exaggerates the emotional symptoms you are feeling.
Increased mind chatter.
Others may notice change is happening within you and it may make them feel insecure.
Feeling like you want to just be left alone with your own thoughts as you find this easier to deal with.
Self doubt and questioning everything.
Questioning your own faith,beliefs and values.
Feeling intense love for all and everything to a point where your hearts feels heavy and like it would burst.
Empathy towards all things is heightened.
Your mind displaying all of the symptoms above have characteristics of other disorders.But if you have had medical advice to rule out any of the symptoms above and no other disorder is present then what you could be experiencing are the signs of spiritual awakening.
I have only wrote a few examples of what I have experienced and still do and the only comfort that I can share with you all is when your emotions are at the forefront of your attention experience them but then let them go it is all part of the healing process.
As each stage of your journey helps  you to grow you become to understand the emotions that are before you.
So the further you tread the easier and less painful it feels.
