I wrote within a previous blog the signs and symptoms of a spiritual awakening.
There are so many experiences that we all share with the signs and symptoms but there are some that are unique only too us.
Below is a list of symptoms I have experienced and many of you may beable to relate to this.
Feeling vibrations on the crown of your head and also around the head area. It feels like you have energy tingling around you crown area and a static sensation around your whole head.
When the energy is really strong you can feel it within your head like a tingling sensation,but the vibrations are very clear.
Pressure or a feeling that something is crawling across your forehead but can be felt very strongly within the third eye chakra in the centre of your brow. When you feel this your vision can also feel a bit off abit like you have a screen over your eyes and you are straining to focus properly.
You may feel vibrations and energy throughout your whole body,it feels as if your insides are trembling.
Your hands will feel as if they are tingling and you can feel a energy within them, people who practice healing techniques on themselves or others seem to feel this more strongly and one hand is more prominent than the other.
A tightness may be experienced around in inside the throat charkra. This means that you want to express yourself more and that you are holding yourself back and surpressing your emotions.
You may experience sharp pains within and around heart charkra. You may also experience heart palpitations and your heart may feel like it has flutters. This means your heart charkra is opening up and you have just gone through a period of healing.
You may experience unsteadiness and light headiness, this is due to you charkras being out of balance
You are out of alignment of where you should be and you are living within a negative mindset.
Your thinking patterns need to change and become lighter.
Your mind chatter increases and you become easily overwhelmed your Charkras are receiving overload and the energy is really strong. You need to meditate at this point to just stay still within the mind until it passes and it will.
Your ego is now holding on for dear life,it wants to keep you exactly where you are and your fears become constant and exaggerated. This is due to your acceptance of the changes happening within.It is your old self being at war with the new that wants to join your life. This resembles the dark and light effect the battle to stay in one and too not keep fluctuating between the two.
When your vibrations of light energy are flowing throughout,you experience peace within you and you become focused on the path ahead. You are able to focus and communicate with your higher self as this is where you find the true you.
When your vibrations are low all you feel within is confusion,low self esteem, self doubt,lack of faith and a feeling that you want to give upon your spiritual path as you can't do it anymore.
When you feel intense heat throughout your whole body this means you are receiving more light and you are being surrounded by your Angels they are right by your side. So even though we may not see our Angels it is their way of saying I am next to you right now.
Your sleeping patterns change constantly and it is best to try to accommodate these changes as this is what your body needs to stay focused. I have also found that when I wake during the night the time on the clock always has a message for me that I have previously asked.So always take notice as It is easier for your Angels to communicate with you during our sleeping hours than any other time.
Your emotions are very unstable,one minute you feel high and understand clearly what path you are on and the next you feel like your totally crazy and your having a breakdown.
Your sensitivity to all and everything gets ridiculously heightened to the point where you feel the energy from others.This experience can be scary and further bring confusion to yourself.
You walk into a room and before this you were happy and felt positive,you spend time around others and even though you may not see or hear any negativity you can certainly feel it and you leave that room as if a dark cloud is hanging over you. Nothing as changed to interpret your mood but you feel as though it has.
You also has you progress on your path understand and can feel when major healing is taking place within. You will feel groggy,experience a headache,sore throat,runny or stuffy nose or a constant feeling like you always have a cold. You will experience shivers. You will feel aching within your body and lack energy. Your appetite will become erratic as with your sleeping patterns. You will want to spend time in solitude on your own and even experience a little self pity. You then have a feeling of helplessness and wanting to throw in the towel and go back to your old life as that felt safe and comfortable.
You will experience diarrhoea or upset tummy when you have just completed a major healing cycle. Your symptoms almost disappear once this is complete and you feel excited,happy and focus and ready to fight again to continue on your spiritual path.
