My Moment I Chose

I need this moment, just now, this breath

I am still, quiet, connecting with my soul

I feel a warm glow, my light, bright, expanding

My wings feel strong, I am at Peace

My day so busy, noisy, commute, draining

I stop, the music on, I sit, I give myself this moment

I love, adore, how I understand what I need right now

No questions asked, no doubt, I just stop, free

My mindset changed, I am balancing, no obstacle

This is my time to rejuvenate, process, accept my day

My light, my Heart, my soul, this perfect

I could have chosen more noise, NO, I will not allow
