I Allow

I allow my connection with my mind, I speak softly, still

I allow my connection with my Heart, each beat, I’m blessed

I allow my connection my soul, I adore it

I allow my connection my inner child, I say Hi

I allow this time with me, it’s perfect, I smile, radiate

I allow my time with my wings, I prepare

I allow change, different, new, I’m ready 

I allow freedom, choice, empowerment, alive

I give myself all I need, I know what I require

I am my own compass, I listen, I feel, I sense

I take each part, give equal attention, love

Why not, I know what I need to grow, heal
