Today I do the one thing, to centre one called me
I sit within the silence, call God unto me
I ask his light surround me, to help my soul to heal
I ask him, let your light flow through, every part of me
I place my hands upon my head, the heat from them I feel
I feel the warmth radiate, peace inside is real
I scan my body head to toe, relieve all tension there
I truly am connecting, with my God who’s there
I sit like this for hour, my worries have left me
Inside I’m feeling very blessed, my troubles have set free
I know where they now lie to rest, in two hands of God
He will send me answers to, the troubles now forgot
