In life we can be busy, forget to say hello
To ones we love so deeply, expect them always show
We may have things to share with them, of how our day as been
But busyness, our lives sidetracked, our stories now hidden
I ask you all, please take the time, to share your just hello
Others will be missing you, your stories they want know
Important more than anything, in this time of fear
Our loved ones need to hear hello, so they do know we’re near
At this time, we need contact, more than ever known
Times of isolation, worries, fears grow
A little chat, does bring a smile, each one connected so
Keep the ones you love so close, in your words hello
What my story up above, sends to all of you
At this time of crisis, one we never knew
Appreciate the ones you miss, in hello everyday
Pick up your phone, let them hear voice, love you send their way
