My Light Will Follow

I see before a light, it feels familiar, my friend

It came before in the darkness many times, comfort 

It’s light, shape change, yes, still bright, a ladder become

As my hands gripped the sides, I felt strength in each step

My light, shone brighter, should my tears left my eyes

Within my screams, the light rescued me, I will save you

During my dreams, my light shining, illuminating my healing

As the tepid water washes my face, in the early morn, light shines

My light, thank you, you’ve never let me down, my friend

Thank you for your Hope, Strength, Courage, Trust

If the darkness shall again arrive, my light will follow too

My light will never dim, it shows me the way, the path ahead mine

Love, light and healing energies too you all
