I Need

I need today to just dance in the rain, feel the wind on my face

I need the light within to surround me, bring warmth within

I need the music to play oh so softly, my mind to quiet

I need to write, just put my words together, create something

I need my hair to be loose, my dress to be flowing, feet bare

I need my skin translucent, my eyes dancing, my cheeks a glow

I need nothing, just free, no pain, no struggle, no chaos

I need this, just now, this time, this moment, this perfect
