My tummy settled, not churning, anxiety gone
My palms not sweaty, placed together in prayer, worries no more
My breath, so calm, relaxed, inhale, exhale, breath
I am not looking, not searching, not guessing
I am free, like the White Feather, passing me by
I am the waters, flowing the way, life is leading me
I am the grass, the tips, dancing in the wind
I am at peace, it may only be short, it’s perfect, it’s welcomed
I soak in the heat of my own light, surround myself with love
I am me, myself and I, I am all things wonderful
I give myself time, care, my need, my belonging
Why should I not, I am deserving, I am worthy, I am me
Myself understood, not let down, not ignored, acknowledged
I enjoy, appreciate this time with me, myself and I
It’s what my soul needs, time, quiet, peace, thank you I say
