My journey as had ups and downs, tears and some laughs
Sometimes I have shown despair, Gods arms I’ve felt around
It’s been a little bumpy, some stones have caught my feet
Sometimes I have laid covered, underneath my own bed sheet
My journey I have seen the light, but also I’ve seen dark
I’ve climbed so many concrete walls, life leading me too blind
I’ve sat in Gods garden, great mountains I have climbed
I’ve even walked the grasses green, my worries left behind
I’ve swam in Gods waters, the air my wings have flown
I’ve even been hibernated, in my own precious cocoon
I’ve spent much time in healing, sometimes I’ve shed my skin
But everything is worth it, as my life is one of learning
