I sit and quietly reflect, my life so much as changed
This time a year ago, I didn’t know my life would gain
In my arms a miracle, a grandson I now have
A home that’s filled with so much love, my family I am proud
They say the old it as too leave, this sayings very true
I wanted life too show my strengths, I write for all of you
My job I do gives opportunity, too share my love some more
I get too meet great people, who walk right through my door
Everything so different, but inside I have changed too
Everything much clearer, so I can write for all of you
I wonder what twelve months will bring, where will my life be at
I’m excited to see it all, but for now, I’ll live in the now
