Our skin it does protects us so, our frame is one of strength
The blood that runs through our veins, sends our breath our way
Our organs they are like a car, treated well, we will go far
Our hearts are our centre to everything, it keeps us whole as one
Our hair it may frame our face, but it also breathes in life
Our eyes show our own true souls, our truth they speak is right
Our hands I see creates all things, our feet our paths do walk
Our mouths they speak words of love, we also share our light
Our bodies mostly water, our fluids we do need
Our food it’s brings us energy, absorb is what it brings
Everything we are made of, all it as a use
Everything needs attention, so please take care of you
