The noise in my mind is quiet, my body tired
My visions, I’m floating, in my hammock rocking
Warm sands I’m laying, deep oceans are calling me
I listen, I take my own advice, my signs, my guidance
I tie up my hair, throw on my knitted jumper, roll neck
Pull my fluffy slippers around my shins, grab my book
Stop, I’m settled, sipping hot tea, slightly sweetened
I’m relaxing even more, my muscles eased, fall
My bones thankful, my mind still, peaceful
I am floating, falling, laying, diving, reading
Today I rest, much needed, I knew, I’m sure
