I listen, silence, still, Peace, my own thoughts felt
What is this feeling, what is an emotion, a story
Creation, where from, is this real, an illusion, dream
Who am I, am I real, a reflection, shadow, a light
Is my skin my cocoon, are my bones my shell
What makes me blink, my nose sneeze, my ears pop
Why do my lips pop open, how do I exist, not dissolve
I stand, so many questions, so many answers, all day ask
I have present, this moment, this now, this heartbeat
I look around, nothing, just Peace, perfect, nothing needed
I need no questions, no answers, just now, this Time
