Arms now stretched, above my head, the night, I’m letting go
What, today, will come to me, where shall my Two feet walk
Will I spot, the dew on grass, Two Wings that fly, a hawk
My feet lift up, like a spring, duvet gently fall
Roll out of bed, a smile on face, another day for all
Excited for another day, my eyes, to take all in
Breakfast ate, my wellies on, let’s go, where to begin
Splashing through the puddles, as I close my gate
Walking down, the cobbled path, deep breath, feeling great
My arms outstretched, side to side, caress gently, so the leaves
I stop, now hug, Feel energy, from the life, within the trees
The air, just crisp, breath, slight White, what a perfect way
Walking in the open air, my eyes, a camera, click away
I capture birds, insects small, even ants on ground
Today, I’m feeling oh so blessed. My love of life, around
Love, light and healing energies too you all
