I look at life as journeys, many paths along we meet
We walk with ones we know so well, others on the street
We wander into oblivion, unaware what others carry
We’re re so inside our head of ours, our own turmoil of scary
We see others who are smiling, we wish them happiness
We hope inside their smile reflects, same story in their head
Others they look pale, dark rings underneath their eyes
Eyelids that are puffy, from all the tears they’ve cried
What I’m trying to tell you, a smile can hide it all
Internally a different picture, from one shown to the world
So next time that you share a smile, or your head it shares a nod
Remember just one little thing, can help others out a lot
