Waking nice and early, I hear the nature call
I’m still inside my duvet, my mind goes on a walk
I visualise what’s outside, the sun, the clouds do part
The warmth I feel a flowing, settles in my heart
I see the vibrant colours, of flowers all around
I hear my ears buzzing, bumble bees make sound
I see the waters flowing, the life I see beneath
I even see my little frame, sitting under willow tree
Just then I hear a rustling, the leaves so crisp do fall
I even see in distance, children kicking ball
I see a nest within a tree, baby birds do chirp
Their mother now returning, a worm, her mouth does fall
All settled now I do remain, my duvet round my neck
I haven’t left my bedroom, but nature gives a break
I’m thankful for this moment, I treasure all of it
My time I spent in nature, brought love, in heart does sit
Love, light and healing energies too you all
