My Soul Knows

Morning World, my eyelids spring open, I smile

I speak with my Soul, what do I need today, I wait

Throwing on my comfy wear, I listen, I understand

I get comfortable, I pray, meditate, heal, silence I adore

Another knowing from my soul, I switch, I exercise, dance

I’m alive, stagnant energy releasing, I’m light, I float

I breath, I stop, what next, I hydrate, eat, wait, music fills the air

I write so beautifully, so relaxed, focused, my Soul still guiding

My garden I see through the window panes, calling, inviting

Okay, I say, no shoes upon my feet, I  walk outside, greeted by beauty

Hug my trees, pick some fruit, water my flowers, dance with the butterflies 

I sit, my favourite tree, my Willow, I will relax comforted by your leaves

I listened too my Soul today, only half way through, I will continue 

What will greet me, guide me, bring a smile, grateful my Soul knows

Providing for my stillness, my Peace, my Growth, my Energies 

My Souls knows, I will listen, wait, bless my Soul with what it needs today
