The Oceans Rock Me

The Oceans vast, no end seen, a fear with stepping inside

My toes have allowed the ripples, gently flowing over them

I’m hesitant, I resist, what am I afraid of, why am I frozen

Go, go, I shout within my mind, the waters are waiting

I secure my swimming cap, I go into, into the unknown

The warm waters curling around my ankles, whispers upon each wave

I go deeper, now on my tiptoes, I still feel I’m resisting, let go

My feet no longer touching the bottom, the sea bed, disappeared

I am in the vast, the centre, the middle, what do I do, I lay back

Looking straight up to the skies, dotted with fluffy Whites, the birds flying

I float, nothing needed from me, only Peace, stillness to be felt

This doesn’t feel uncomfortable, I don’t need to hold on, resist

The waters are carrying me, holding me up, securing me

Providing me with music from the waves whispers, a perfect view above

I let go, I just be, I fit in perfectly within this vast space, waters familiar

I allow the waves to rock me, soothe my Soul, remain in the present

My Soul Knows

Morning World, my eyelids spring open, I smile

I speak with my Soul, what do I need today, I wait

Throwing on my comfy wear, I listen, I understand

I get comfortable, I pray, meditate, heal, silence I adore

Another knowing from my soul, I switch, I exercise, dance

I’m alive, stagnant energy releasing, I’m light, I float

I breath, I stop, what next, I hydrate, eat, wait, music fills the air

I write so beautifully, so relaxed, focused, my Soul still guiding

My garden I see through the window panes, calling, inviting

Okay, I say, no shoes upon my feet, I walk outside, greeted by beauty

Hug my trees, pick some fruit, water my flowers, dance with the butterflies

I sit, my favourite tree, my Willow, I will relax comforted by your leaves

I listened too my Soul today, only half way through, I will continue

What will greet me, guide me, bring a smile, grateful my Soul knows

Providing for my stillness, my Peace, my Growth, my Energies

My Souls knows, I will listen, wait, bless my Soul with what it needs today

Our World Brings All

The same sun rays that comfort the trees, comfort me

The same raindrops that provide us puddles, provide for me

The same snowflakes that create White, transform me

The same clouds, a home for birds rest, a view for me

The same Oceans creating waves, call out to me

The same mountains, home to our animals, perspective for me

The same Greens, Yellows, Our Fields, canvas create, available to me

The same flowers that dance, sway, create energy, bring myself alive

What I’ve realised writing these words, our World brings all

Our World provides, beauty, Food, Waters, fresh air

Forever grateful, for this World, this gift, blessing

I will cherish the Sun, the rain, the snow, swim in Blues, pick flowers

My Angels Whisper

I get scared, I feel fear, I cry, I sob

I get confused with life, feel lost sometimes

I meet a crossroads, not sure where to go

I have dreams, not knowing where to start

I don’t give up, I won’t, I allow my tears to fall

I don’t try to understand, my crossroad will become clear

I have dreams, I will pursue, I have Faith, Trust

I am human, I am challenged, I have trials

I understand all is waiting, what is for me

My path is waiting, when I am ready, my light guides

I will relax, feel Peace, experience quite, beauty

Whatever my Growth, it’s waiting, my Angels whisper

I Shine My Light

I have my light, no batteries needed

It shines from my Heart, my Soul

Each day, like a lighthouse, I shine bright

A light for Humanity, calling others to shine together

To join Humanity as One, shutting out the darkness

We all stand strong, lighthouses we are, guiding others

Our light never dims, more lights appear, the brighter it becomes

No longer am I alone, a community forming, building, growing

I have my Light, something so precious, so beautiful

Never dimmed by my tears, my ego, my anxiety

Shining like the brightest star in the sky, joined by others

One light becomes many, many becomes a Million, a Million becomes endless

I Feel Our World

I feel our World, I feel it’s pain, the cries

I sense the fear, apprehension, dread

The confusion, the anger, sadness

I feel everything, I shine my light

I send my healing, my prayers, my Hope

I call upon my Father, his Son, Holy Spirit

Let loose the Angel Feathers I have collected

Send words, Poems, Faith, Belief, Strength

I ask the Angels, play sweet tunes, wrap wings

I ask the Rainbows create colours, the sun to shine

I ask that the trees provide hugs, the flowers scent

I feel our World, I connect, I ground, I pray

Angels Send Numbers

Cooking so my supper, my eyes fall upon 2222

What does this mean, what is this sign, the message

I don't try to understand, other than an Angel is with me

I take this that all will be okay, hi, how are you they say

They, now becomes more, how many Angels stand with me

I smile, even cooking my Supper, they remind me they are there

I wonder if they are intrigued by my cheese, ham, tomato toasties

Angels never cease to amaze me, turning up when I least expect

I thank them for their numbers, their presence, their reassurance

I sit down to eat, I wonder if they are all huddled, laughing, on my chair

I know many more numbers will arrive, they do, all day, everyday

Angels always find ways to communicate, letting us know we are not alone

The Oceans Call Me

I’m sitting here quiet, just writing away

My Soul is at Peace, I feel alive, I’m creating

I don’t know how this Poem will write, which words

It will become something beautiful, amazing

Wow, the waters are calling, I hear their echo

Each wave, each curl, calling me to join

I grab my swimsuit, my goggles, my swimming cap

I dive, dive deep into the Oceans, the curls overhead

I swim like a mermaid, I take a dance with the crabs

I settle on the seabed, observe this world underwater

So many colours, species, plants, little bubbles called life

How Do I Chase My Dreams

How do I chase my dreams, where do I start

Staying comfortable is not the answer, familiar

I will have to learn, teach myself new things

Different, unknown, fear, scared, lost, research

My dreams are worth it, my purpose is precious

I believe, I really do, I just have to start

I’ve left everything behind, I now have the space

What is stopping me, I need to use my time well

My life can become my dream, my time, I own

I can open my windows, hear the birds sing

Your Wings Like Mine

I wear another layer, one attached to me

It is not heavy, it feels light, it feels nice and free

It fits me like a real snug coat, another layer of skin

I never take this layer from me, it lays on skin so trim

I take great care to keep it nice, smells sweet, it keep me warm

Many colours it does have, Brown with White, some fawn

Sometimes I shake, I don’t know why, sometimes it does expand

My mirror shows, my layer wings, replacing my Two hands

I love my layer, I love my coat, I love my wings called Two

I’ve carried them around with me, all my life, so true

I’ve never tried, leave them behind, I’d miss them both so much

I love my layer, I have been blessed, I know you have them too

Strength Within Your Pain

I call upon my Angels, I need a little chat

We’re both sitting nice and comfortable, wow, fancy that

Words between not spoken, both know what we do say

We sit and chat for hours, words I do replay

I’ve even cried a little tear, one, turned into sob

I don’t know what came over me, my hair I move, my Bob

My Angel came to comfort me, my sob it started stop

I’m feeling a little better, my Heart it jump, skip, hop

I know all will be alright, they spoke these word to me

Don’t worry my dear child, we know what’s planned for thee

Your challenge is there to test your strength, watch you overcome

All the pain upon your path, bring growth, you will become

Colours

White is the wings on a Dove, Red the petals on a Rose

White is the snowflakes that fall, Red the Heart that beats

White is the light that guides, Red the lipstick upon a mouth

White is the corridor to Heaven, Red a favourite Bag

Yellow is the colour of the sun, Orange nice and sweet

Yellow is the Buttercup, Orange an arc on a Rainbow

Yellow the colour of sand, Orange favourite flip flops

Yellow the colour of Paint, Orange favourite juice

Blue is the colour of the skies, Green grasses swaying

Blue is the colour of the Oceans, Green Leaves Upon the trees

Blue is the Bluebird on a branch, Green favourite vegetables

Blue is the band in your hair, Green a favourite dress

Colours can be all and everything, creating, artistic

They can be blended, mixed, stirred, create a story

We all have a favourite colour, a preference, our One

Colours make all things bright, creates a smile

My Prayers Sent From Everywhere

Life I used to question, upon each breath I took

I’d pray, search for my answers, read each page, God’s book

I would sit in Church, my Two hands prayer, kneel I would do

Sing the hymns, see the light, shake hands with person, Two

Then One day I realised, I can do this everywhere

Sat beside the rivers flow, with flowers in my hair

When I’m on my way to work, the train, I so can do

Send my prayers to Father, my answers, coming through

Settled at my table, knife and fork, my food would be

I’d say my prayers, say thank you, for my blessing there for me

Yes, my church still visit, my prayers by river sail

My Father he is everywhere, my prayers received, not fail

My Next Poem

What will I write today, this minute, I have no clue

Do I write about the Oceans, or the skies of Blue

What about the flowerpot, sits perfect on my ledge

Or the little Robins, sat perched upon my hedge

How about the mountains, stand tall within our world

Could it be the Pyramids, with drawings on their wall

Loads and loads are coming through, the visions in my head

What about my Angels, who sit with me, each night by my bed

In this moment I don’t know, I’ll have to figure out

All my words excited, jumping, shouting out

I’m sure in my next poem, certain I will be

I’ll write it out and post it, so all of you can see

The Sun Invited Me

With the sun shining outside, inviting me to join

I grab my satchel, my sun hat, my pen, my book

I close my door, my gate I leave, ready to explore

The trees become my shelter, from the midday heat

I find a spot so glorious, underneath my favourite tree

Out comes my book and pen, I’ll describe what I do see

I see beauty, I see stillness, I see calm, colours bright

I scribble my view down real quick, it’s changing all the time

Just as the clouds pass me by, my view is different now

My book is filling up, a sketch I’ve add in rough

I love this time in my spot, the sun invited me

I’m finished, I will rest a while, relax and just be

My Angels Play Me Music

I hear music, sweet music, in the middle of everything

The trees observing, their leaves swaying, following my dance

The sunlight, lights up the ground, the flowers providing scents

The waters bringing rhythm, the ripples dance with me

I hear music, sweet music, not from the Birds, not from the echos

Not from the breeze flowing between the trees, where is it found

I follow, I explore, I dance, look, trying to find, locate

I continue to dance, swirl around, move, create, express

I stop, the music louder, still sweet, beautiful, amazing

I spot a Harp, it’s strings are moving, not by fingers, by tip

I see beauty, sitting upon a small wooden stool, wings expanded

I see Angels, not One but many, all in sync, music played for me

My Hill Brings Freedom

I take a stroll within nature, I’m happy, quiet

My plimsolls cushioning my ankles, steps supported

I don’t think much about anything, I watch many wings fly

I’m stopped, so gently, I look, before a hill, Green, high

Out of nowhere, I’m guided to run, run up the side, not slow

Fast, fast, faster, hardly catching my breath, an unseen speed

A finishing line, the top, my feet won’t stop, even if I made them

What is going on, where as my happy gone, my quiet, my still

The top I meet, in shock, not sure what to do, my breath I catch

My inner, what’s happening, I feel a heat, I feel something, what

Then my emotions, coming to the surface, my mouth opens

I shout, I scream, loud, louder, louder, I cry, I shout, I scream

I stop, I still, I’m at Peace, quiet, free, Happy, my tears dry

I’m on the move again, this time the hill I roll, fast, faster

I giggle, I laugh, I feel lighter, released, free, light

I have found my place, my hill, my expression, my release

A Vision I’ve Seen Before

I’m sitting here so still, so silent, a vision appears

It’s so lovely, wow, I keep it, look at it, appreciate

My fingers becoming free, they dance on their own

They synchronise with the sun rays, bright like the Rainbows

My vision shows me a place, One, I’ve been before

But why this One, what’s the importance, meaning

Is there a message, am I receiving a sign, a gift

It is a Rainbow within the skies, created from no rain

It came at a time when I needed reassurance, a sign all okay

Through the sun rays appeared the biggest, brightest Rainbow

I smiled, I felt reassured, I felt thankful, my Prayer heard

I held this vision, I hugged it tightly, I said thank you

It's Me

I look into my mirror, I don’t criticise, I just stare

Who do I see, is it me, is it only a reflection

Do I exist in this form, is the glass an illusion

Am I dreaming, do my eyes trick, am I a vision

I hold my hand out, I touch the glass, upon my Heart

What do I feel, how do I react, do I smile, cry

I do nothing, I just stare, I admire, I question

I observe all of me, how have I been created, what am I for

I stand, I don’t look away, I stare straight into my eyes

What am I looking for, what do I wish to find, what is lost

What do I see, I see love, I see Empathy, I see my Soul

I understand I’m me, I have a purpose, a meaning, a life

Safe Within My Shell

I am wrapped within my own shell, encased and safe

My feet on show, my head looking straight forwards

My shell, resemblance of a Tortoise, I am protected

My shell hard, I know someday it will crack, fall

I carry, but for how long, when will I venture out

When will I release, let go, allow the cracks to appear

When will I stretch so hard, my shell splitting down the middle

Why am I so scared, holding on, not wanting change to appear

What am I expecting to find, is there anything, or emptiness

What if there is something glorious, a place my answers found

For now I will wait, just for a little bit, not for long, never

My shell will know, I will know, but for now I’ll keep on growing

What is healing, who needs this, do we understand

Will there be tears, will there be a million bodies fall

Will screams be heard, will the darkness dissolve

Will Angels be heard, will feathers float from the skies

Will the skies become tormented in pain, hurt, thorns, scars

Will the raindrops become Hailstones, will the sunshine become hidden

Will it be too much, will there be times just walking away

Will the layers fall, the boulders shrink, the sinking sand, smooth

Will it be all things, I don’t have the answer, each our own journey

Our own healing, tears, pain, layers, masks, own searching

We will know, our Souls will guide us, our paths will shine light

My Corridor I join

I step into a corridor, it’s White, bright

I see nothing, nowhere, no one, empty

I can’t see a floor, no walls, no windows

I hear no voice, no laughing, no cry

I look down, I’m dressed in White

I can’t see my feet, I still move

I don’t step, don’t walk, or run

I don’t understand, how am I moving

I cannot know my distance, where too

I do not know my destination, journey

I continue, where too, what’s my end

I could be at my beginning, my middle

I just Trust, have Faith, Hope, Light

I don’t question, I am guided, my path

I stay present, don’t question, flow

My corridor, my centre, my stillness

I Join The Morning Sun

I join the morning sun, dressed in cotton, barefoot

Inviting the Earths energy, my feet, like roots on trees

My hair loose, no restrictions, the flow of energy, light

My body, my mind, soul, alive, I dance, I’m free, present

I flow, like Birds feathers, the air carrying me, elevating

I turn around, around, my arms out, I’m free, I’m happy

The Sun I catch, I make a wish, I send upon an Angels wing

I merge with the grasses, the Daisies, the Ants tickle my toes

I radiate, I glow, my freckles pop, my eyes Blue, like the skies

Earths energy, healing, giving light, strength, empowerment

My visions flowing fast, like the rivers that pass nearby

My eyes, the visions clear, touchable, real, alive, in sync with my Soul

I Dance Within My Vision

I love this time, my time to write, use my imagination

Create pieces of Art from my visions, bring each to life

Add words, colours, a poem, a place to join it all together

I love how my fingertips become light, preparing, ready

My fingers moving elegantly, like the sway on a ball gown

They move up and down, resemblance, keys on a piano

Accurate, precise, not missing a note, a word, true perfection

I applaud myself, clap my hands, take a bow, proud of my work

I love this time, just me, myself, my words, the stillness

My visions my gift, my gift, my creation, my creation, my Art

I continue to join, colours being mixed, my Piano being played

I dance around my room, my ball gown sways, as I turn around

I Ask My Soul

I ask myself each morning, what does my soul need

Do I drink my coffee barefoot in my garden, sweet birds sing

What if I sit in my favourite chair, read my book, write

How about stretch, move my energy, jog on the spot

I could dance within the rain, place Buttercups behind my ear

Scramble some eggs, add bacon, add toast with jam, pour tea

Write a Poem, choose a tune, watch a film, attend a cinema

Eat my favourite chocolates, bake my favourite scones

I ask myself each afternoon, what does my soul need

A small nap within my hammock, a swim in the nearby river

Gaze into the skies, watch birds fly, watch the clouds sail

Enjoy a picnic, sip lemonade, eat my favourite grapes

I ask myself each evening, what does my soul need

Do I wear my favourite slippers, place my hair in a bun

Sip my cocoa, add marshmallows, chocolate shavings, cream

I ask my soul just now, what do I need, the answer, this moment

The Waves

The waves curl, move, release, like our body

Freedom within each roll, stretch, energy

Each movement changing shape, each, a new look

Some so delicate, slight, some make an impression

Some with just One colour, another, replica of a Rainbow

Some collect the raindrops, another, catches the sun rays

The waves, relaxing, their own tune, in sync, Seagulls overhead

Toes, feet inviting, the warmth of the waters, grains also massage

The Golden, a seat of comfort, observe each wave, each curl

Hearing heightened, each crash of wave, its own drum, tune

This time with the Oceans, the waves, the raindrops, sunshine

We Each Share

Everything as meaning, our skin, our cocoon

Our bones, our protection, our case, foundations

Our Hearts, give life, pumping Red, breath

Our minds, give challenge, motivation, puzzles

Our spines, our vessel for our wings, our flight

Everything, ourselves are blessed, our own gifts

Our gifts all different, we each have some things others don’t

Within Humanity share with others, thank those that share with us

Our World, we all belong, each path is ours to walk, each Ocean to swim

The air we all share, the trees belong to all, the raindrops fall upon each cheek

The Sun does not choose, it keeps us all warm, the Moon bring each its light

The birds in their flight worldwide, share the same tune with us each, perched on branch

Life

Life, never easy, a challenge always present, a trial

We are given space for expansion, growth, experience

We are given smiles, tears, emotions, a voice, expression

We are our own achievement, always a winner, we try our best

Life, sunshine, raindrops, thunderstorms, waterfalls, snow

We are each our own version of a tree, we stand tall, leaves our beauty

We are each a flower, different types, colours, own scent, own sway

We are our own story, written within a book, the key, within our Hearts

Life, we are each a number, a star in the sky, a life path, purpose

We are each a dot floating, settling for a short time in the places known

We each shine bright, attracting other dots whom bring meaning, a lesson

We are life, life is us, life is existence, a form, an identification, a breath

I Meet The Hillside

The small Blues and Purples, a field within the distance

The Bumble Bees hovering over their centre, Nectar drawn

The Rolling hillsides, the White balls of Fluff, Black nose spotted

The sun, resting within the skies, a cloud passing by, stroking Bird wing

I pull on my wellies, my Soul needs a closer look, my hat upon my head

I pull the door shut, skipping down the lane, closer to my view

I’m shaded by the low branches on the trees, I walk through a gate

I admire, my curl removed from off my forehead, I remove my wellies

I’m walking barefooted within nature, the Earth warm from the sun rays

My hands within the air as I walk free, the Butterflies land, beautiful

The Blues and Purples, healing my Soul, the sound from the Bees soothing

I head towards the hillside, meeting the Whites, fluffy, who nod, Hi

I’ve reached the top, my wellies still in my hand, I sit, my intention, Peace

I say my prayer in silence, I smile as I look up at the Sun rays

I soak up this everything, grateful, feeling blessed, I’m ready, here I go

Who told me I could write, share stories

Write Poems, create songs, beautiful music

Who taught me to join words, understand

Hold my pen correctly, appreciate the paper

Who told me I could describe, teach, create

Become an Artist with my own uniqueness

Use my words, bring the flowers alive

Sit at a table, light a candle, Sip warm tea

Who told me I could leave a legacy, History

A place to be found in the future, read by a stranger

Maybe found within a book, a beautiful piece of literature

I told myself, I believed in me, I followed my dreams

As I sit, so quiet, so peaceful, so still

The sound of calm in the background

The sounds from the waterfall, falling

The strings on the guitar playing, so sweet

My mind, no noise exists, so light, empty

My Heart beating, relaxed, free

My feet, soaking up the energy, I’m grounded

I hydrate, small sips, refreshing, my senses awake

I do nothing, just nothing, nothing, nothing

The World Is Evolving

The World is evolving, changing, transforming

Not that the eyes can see, the background taking place

Everything being moulded by God’s hands, like Pottery

The World healing, a sense, a meaning, a Truth, a New

The skies becoming less polluted, the waters clean

The lands healthier, the Earth a place of Harvest

The Planets more visible too see, the sun rays less harmful

Our World, caring for our Animals, insects, Nature

Our World could not stay the same, it is dying

It is dehydrated by the Dark, pollution, unhealthy

It is crying out for our love, our nurturing, care
