I Sit With Me

I sit, just sit, my practice in stillness

My mind empty, my thoughts clear

This time, my choice, my Growth

My dedication with connection, my prayers

This time, my time, I embrace my visions

My dreams acknowledged, my light bright

I share my Healing, my Wisdom, words

I connect with my soul, I hear my inner child

This time, my time, it’s precious, brings comfort 

I may choose Five minutes, Five hours, Five days

My time, I’m sat with me, with my own uniqueness

Understanding who I am, no confusion, just me
