I understand the meaning, of what life is about
I’ve faced a many trial, walls ahead been climbed
I’ve cried a thousand tears, my smile has been stretched wide
I’ve spun around a merry go round, unsure when it would stop
I’ve took wrong turns, missed signposts, lessons have been learned
I’ve prayed a thousand wishes, answers I’ve received
All of this a blessing, one word, I do believe
Faith has carried me all my life, hope is all I have
Strength comes with this, does courage, trials conquered well
Not giving up, keep going, embracing life as change
Walking on the path of light, trusting in my friends
My friends, they’re are much many, dressed in silken gowns
Two wings complete their beauty, my side is where they’re found
They always walk the same steps, reach me in the dark
My Angels are my best friend, they’re placed within my heart
Love, light and healing energies too you all
