I Heal

As I heal, another thorn twists within, the pain felt

I pick a flower, I smell, the aroma soothing, breath

I feel again the pain, I cry, I take a feather, wipe my eyes

This pain hurts, hurts so bad, I stumble, fall, God’s Hands catch me

I heal, I scream from a mountain top, it stills, freedom

I hurt, my wings uncurl, I fly, the way unknown, I Trust

I heal, it’s real, I not ignore, I own the pain, the light becomes

I have Faith, Hope, my Strength becomes, my pain becomes less

I heal, I allow, I invite, I feel, I resolve, understand, learn

I feel my pain, now free, suppression, the thorns, thicker

I not need hurt, pain, tears, I need freedom, flight, Hope

I let go, feel, experience, cry, cry, cry, I go silent, I’m free

The Wall Before

My life changed, I knew my wall before

I had stood before many times, not climb

Turn around, the fear took over, ego voice

My palms sweaty, my Heart racing, stuck

I will return to this wall again, faced, my whole life

I will keep returning, until One day I climb

I’m not ready, I tell myself, tomorrow will be

Tomorrow comes, I stand, no climb, I leave

I never gave up, returning everyday, today, different

I started the climb, settled on top, nothing before

How can I fear nothing, there is nothing too fear

I drop, not familiar, into the nothing, I walk

Many walls, thousands, I’ve lost count, I’ve climbed

No longer fear, confident, a new familiar, new change

Sometimes, I try to go back, the first wall I mean

It’s longer to go back, forward is much easier

Your Own Light Appears

I smile, I’m happy, I’m bursting with colour, light

I feel blessed, grateful, elated, shining bright

I float into the mid air, I twirl myself around

I giggle, laugh, it’s perfect, stillness is the sound

A feather light, that’s me, still float, elevated feet

I laugh, I chat, I wave, hello, others on the street

Community is lovely, share with all be had

Others now are smiling, instead no longer sad

The sun today is shining, the flowers, colours glow

All I need today is light, so myself, I show

Look for my path illuminate, a leader, I am so

Smile, laugh, giggle, dance, you’re own light, on show

A Letter I So Write

A letter so I write, White paper, ink it lays

It starts, believe in one called you, today, it’s not too late

Your life it is so precious, your blessed in many ways

Dry your tears, smile again, open wings, dance, sway

Turn on your favourite music, sing a song, loud so

Do not worry how you sound, who cares, if notes, sound low

Tie your hair up in a bun, remove your makeup, free

See, your smiling, tears have left, sit within a tree

Already feeling better, I’m blessed, I can so see

I have myself, my family, others do love me

As I’m writing, my cat does purr, attention she so seeks

I’m glad I wrote this letter, brought comfort so too me

My Prayers

One tear falls, I catch, it’s warm, why?

Inside, I feel alone, in dark, I cry

I feel the pain, my Heart it aches

I smile, show okay, really it is fake

I hurt, I struggle, seems I can cope

My Two hands pray, searching for Hope

I want my day with sunshine, fly within the sky

Instead of mood, low in sense, I want experience, High

The pain, the fight, the sinking sand, tighten, so my hands

Why the struggle, why no end, my stomach tight, like bands

I have my wings, not open, I’m too tired today, not fly

Please God, I ask you, take the pain, so I can smile alright

My Spiritual Awakening

I’m falling, where too, I don’t know, a hole of darkness

I stop, I’m alone, what now, what am I supposed to do

Do I laugh, do I cry, be grateful, I don’t know, confused

I hold Faith, not give up, I can’t, this is transformation, needed

I don’t know how long, when will this end, will I be free

Will my tears ever dry, will I belong again, love life

For now, I must wait, ride the waves, not force this process

The light is still there, it goes no where, the darkness, slight dim

I will again appreciate the sunshine, laugh, sing, dance

I know this time will end, again, I will belong, be free

For now, appreciate this moment, cry, sleep, heal

I am grateful, it’s hard, my light will shine brighter

Today I Am Proud

Today, I feel proud, the same as everyday

Today, I witnessed bravery, strength, courage

A person with challenges, facing these today

Today, God with him, his Angels, guiding him

My Son, Today, more loved than ever, forever

Your physical self in need, you took care

Your feared mind, eased by your empowerment

Today, I am so proud, the same as every day

Inside, you have eased your worry, overcome your fears

You have listened to your soul, your voice, responded

Your steps you took, your own guide, by your light

Today, I am proud, the same as everyday, for always, forever

Go Inside Explore

I see our world, beautiful with many colours

A home to us, our wildlife, nature, waters

Everything that exists, on display, observed

The internal to be explored, found, curious

The internal, not seen, accepted, fearful, Why?

It’s light so bright, unconditional love, beating Heart

Our Soul, our answers, truth, perfect, pure

Only in this sacred place, a knowing, belonging

What are we scared from, why bypass this daily

What lies beneath, what will be found, ignoring

Why do we not connect, distance between, lost in sense

Go internal, see how it feels, introduce, visit, accept

Heavens Gates Meet Our Pathways

Within the Hospital corridor, busy, noisy, filled with people

In between, next to, in front, behind, following

Translucent beings with wings, placed around each shoulder

Whispering into the ears, encouraging, comforting, hope

If I could just press the pause button, resemblance of statues

All would see, the wings, beautiful beings, whispers heard

It is not through Human ignorance, the Angels not seen

Through normality, acceptance, familiar, patterns, behaviours

So sad, all this love given, our beings with wings, help available

The Age Of Aquarius needed, evolution, change, transformation

Humanity and the Spirit world united, One, acknowledged

A bridge created, Heavens gates meet our pathways

A World Without Thoughts

What would life be like without thoughts, let’s see

Would an emptiness be felt, a longing, searching

Would there be freedom, Peace, quiet, present

Challenges no longer found, no anxiety, ego, fear

No longer a process, an action, computer style within brain

Would we still make decisions, guide our own existence

Are thoughts our greatest gift, our biggest barrier

How would I create these words, this piece, this Art

As Humans we understand thought, their need

Are they an illusion, interpretation, reality

We don’t stop our thoughts, intervene, organise

Thoughts, they start with One, continue, never ending

I Take Myself Away

I take myself away, away from my emotions

Not ignoring them, just not ready to face them

I need to prepare, be strong confident

I go still, ever so quiet, I stop, just centre

My eye lids release, pop, before, wow

How amazing, a mountain top I sit, no fear

I feel closer, my Father in Heaven

I reach out, feel the wings, the birds in flight

Noticing, the slight breeze, lift my hair

Observing, looking left, right, at everything

My emotions clearing, releasing, finding peace

I’m now ready to deal, confront, process my emotions

Staying here, I will not rush, I will absorb, understand

Yes, tears can fall, that fine, expression of freedom

Just then, no longer alone, a presence with me

No words shared, understanding met

How Can We Be Certain

Is there a time to be certain, sure, definite

Can we be precise, do we have to search

Is there a guide book, a map, navigation

A bright light, enticing us to follow

Will there be a call, a message on a billboard

A guide will arrive, a mentor, a teacher

Easiness, will this happen, no hurdles, blockages

Who knows, I’m not sure, are you, can you advise

Where did certainty become, a creation, a form

Is this a gift from above, our purpose

Will our steps forever walk, still searching

I don’t know, I can’t be certain, can you?

Who Is To Say

Who is to say, what exits, what is real, illusion, hidden

Is this dimension real, what do we experience, what is

Is everything a particle, floating in existence, with wings

Pretence in a vision, what is believable in the sense of hearing

What is touch, does it exist, or a mind, does that exist, remember

A memory, who’s, why, what, when, a dream, cocoon, is it ever

Is the world asleep, waiting to wake up, too live, exist, a new

I don’t know, I don’t pretend too, how can any of us, History may show

One day, any day, someday, will existence be felt, no searching, just knowing

Will fear not exist, anxiety not felt, ego frozen, no illusion, just truth

Why wait until this day, it is here now, stillness brings present, the now, breath

Fear, Ego, illusion exists, it’s perception from Human self, not from Spirit

What is Peace

What is Peace, how is it described, perfect, beautiful

Is It within the stillness, the nothingness, the everything

Where is it found, internal, external, within flowers, waterfalls

The Rainbows within the sky, the raindrops, creating puddles

The slight ripples in the waves, each snowflake, flash of lightning

Your favourite slice of cake, a song you just dance, no restriction

Words joined together, a story for new readers, intriguing, an end

A feather light, floating in the air, light, free, just free

The grasses Green, laid upon, a cushion, comforting the soul

Just stopping, no rush, no urgency, everything slowed, still

This is Peace, this is quiet, this is everything, the now, the nothingness

To do everything, do nothing, experience peace, quiet, enjoy, stop

I Find Everything

I am crying, my silent tears fall, my cheeks wet

My Heart overwhelmed, my Heart hurts, I’m tired

I need a break, sit by the waters, hear the birds sing

Soak up the sunshine, feel the slight breeze, face upwards

I need the centre, the nothing, collect my thoughts, find peace

Run between the flowers, barefooted, free, laughing

Dance with my Angels, sip lemonade, eat Strawberries

Read my favourite book, lay upon the ground, gaze at the clouds

I view the stars within darkened skies, eye the full moon

I drape a shawl, sit by the fire, eat toasted marshmallows

I listen, the silence surrounds, the sound, owls hoot

The fire remains crackling, I’m happy, at peace, still

Everything Forever

I would like to go somewhere, anywhere, everywhere

I do not wish to be stagnant, I adore change, excitement

A new, my feet have never walked, each blink a view, wow

A fresh, a different perspective, perception, interpretation

My fingers, touching a new blade of grass, a flower, inhale

My senses enticed, captured, interesting, fresh, original

Each opening of a curtain, a different sun ray, a Rainbow before

A Butterfly, not visible yesterday, new today, unique, beautiful

A breath, not the one gone, the one now, the one before

A moment, can be present, becoming a future, forever evolving

A prayer sent, more to create, never ending, forever needed

Light, forever shining, forever getting brighter, forever healing

When Will I Stop Searching

Why was I born, Why do I walk this Earth, exist, appear

What is my purpose, why do I carry this light, send prayers

Who gave me these words written, ideas, creation, my Art

I know not who I am, not truly, not fully, lost in my searching

I’ve sat within the dark, broken, scared, frightened, not sure on my existence

I have flown through the light, happy, sure, certain, peaceful

Shaken in life, up and down, left and right, around and around, dizzy

A path straight but really curvy, erratic, uncertain, forever changing

Oh life, sweet life, why can’t you just stop, just for a second, a minute

Allow me to catch up, take a breath, appreciate, feel blessed

When will this day arrive, will it be, my end will come, I’m home

I will forever search, teach, lead, guide, heal, life we walk together

We Are Our Greatest Healer

Our World, given by our Father, Our Precious, our One

Why not we appreciate, why the blood loss, the tears, a river

Why are screams heard, Hearts torn, painful, traumatising

Why the suffering, our World, it’s foundations weak, broken

We need solid foundations, pillars of Strength, courage

No need for fight, just light be sent, erasing the darkness

No longer a fog, a distraction, the veil, fallen upon the ground

Everyone a leader, a voice, an equal, no divide, just peace

We all own our light, it’s free, it’s our World healer, founder of Peace

Why do we not identify, hidden within our own thorns, scar tissue

Lost, until our light be found, stillness met, the storms calmed

Humanity, the greatest evolution, the greatest healer, gift

My Words Do Create

I dance within the puddles, sync with rays from sun

Feel the coldness from the snow, swim in oceans fun

Taste the Honey from the bees, wrap up, winds from cold

Remember inner child in me, appreciate me, now old

I don’t pretend life easy, I’ve sat within the dark

I’ve woken with the sunrise, sang the song with Lark

My wings have flown, Butterflies by side, sat within the still

I’ve had my hard times, same as all, appreciate the brill

Make Daisy chains, soak up the sun, have a picnic, Two

My back against the trunk from tree, reading my book through

I love my time with my words, not sure what I create
