I Introduced Gabriel To You

I don’t know what to write, just now, I’m searching for a clue

My mind feels blocked, no words appear, do I start, with skies of Blue

Shall my words, include some love, that’s held within my Heart

I’ll think now so for a minute, so I can make a start

One word appears, I’ll share it now, Gold, is what I see

How can I use this colour, what creates, in thee

My vision, also coming through, it’s getting very clear

I see a silhouette of Gold, my heart, it starts to cheer

With me now, Archangel Gabriel, standing, oh so tall

I start to write my story, stay here, I’ll share much more

Signs Within The Garden

In my garden, I do tend, pull out the weeds, now hope

Then my eyes spot something, disguised in grass, tip, poke

My hand so gently releases it, I hold it close to me

In my hand lays feather, White as White can be 

Directed to look up, my eyes roll back, Blue sky, I so meet

I see before, a cloud of White, a heart shape, just for me

I know in garden, I’m not alone, my Angels, visit thee

They’re happy, for the work now done, my garden, growing free

How many signs, your eyes noticed, during, so your day

Sometimes they can be obvious, sometimes small, they stay

If your signs not noticed, notice, are you busy so

Stay so still, relax your mind, help, watch your garden grow

More Than Three

If I could take the things in life, describe the best of me

What things would I become, stay here, I’ll now show thee

I’d be a Red Rose, in plant pot, in full bloom, I would be

So you can see my beauty, as the light, hits me

I’d be a silent waterfall, so elegant and quaint

Falling over, streaming down, at bottom, you do wait

I’d show you how I’m silent, powerful, in its sense

Colours of such beauty, Blue, now White, it’s drenched 

I’d be the grasses Green, in fields, I’d bring comfort unto thee

Calling out your name, so sweet, to walk barefoot with me

I’d show you so my daisies, dotted all around

So you can make a daisy chain, your neck, you place around

I’d be the sun within the sky, providing you with warmth

Yellow be my colour, the same as sands, off shores

I’d be the mountain top, sit on, grand view, you so will see

I’ve described myself to you, there’s more, than only Three

In my heart today, I release into my hands

Looking now, I analyse, what my eyes, now found

Give me just a second, a minute, maybe, Two

Let me understand what’s found, before I share, with you

A tear does fall, a smile appears, confusion, my face shows

I’m feeling now, all is clear, oh no, I’m muddled, so

Give me time, a little more, I’ll share, then so with you

Many years, happiness, scars, my hands hold too

I’m ready now, let me breath, I’m ready so to tell

The tears just cried, ones I’ve lost, I’m holding them, close now

My smiles I see, my children born, my wedding day, walk aisle

My Grandson, perfect miracle, in hands, my love, is piled

Confusion, I have not explained, I, too, not answers have

Scars I see, my tears appear, my heart, is aching bad

My life has brought me everything, the good, also the pain

Some days, I have had sunshine, sometimes, my storms, brought rain

In huddle I do lay, drowned in tears that fall

Feeling at a crossroads, stuck behind, closed door

I’m crying for all the years, lost dreams, trapped, inside of me

Screaming to be now released, so I am flying free

My life, maybe, half way through, Three quarters, I could be

I don’t know when my time will come, my Angels, come for me

Every breath, each second, each day, not waste, live it too full

Give my dream, my dearest love, before I return above

Each night, yes, tired, not give up, my words, continue flow

Every word that comes to mind, my stories, from eyes show

Each time I write, my heart does sing, my soul it feels alive 

My time spent with my writing, will continue into old

My Lights Are My Angels

From the moment my eyelids first opened, I saw the many lights

I’d giggle in my cradle, felt soothed, throughout the night

My tiny hands would reach out, trying to catch, just One

My lights, each day, would follow me, as I so, grew on

My lights, I thought, others eyes, saw same, noticed how they smiled

I tried to spot, their hands reach out, I watched them for a while

I’d sit on chair, teapot in hand, pour water, plastic cups

Me, my lights, a tea party, I also shared, cake cups

I always shared my day with lights, a chat or Two we’d have

I’d tell them about my school that day, all the fun I had

As I grew, my lights still stayed, daily by my side

Sometimes, I would meet shy one, behind my sofa, hide

My lights I share, with all of you, I know you’ve seen them too

Little lights, colours, rainbow, they share your life with you

My lights, explained, my Angels, continue they will so

To shine so bright, within my life, as I continue, grow

Life, another chance, new steps taken, in still, you sit

Another breath, another dream, another vision

Another day, to say I love you, a sharing of your heart

Life, living in the moment, daydreaming away

Creativity can be made, life, now seen in bold

Life, escape into another world, an open door

Life, a path to be lived, to create memories

My Day Walking The Streets

I go for walk today through streets, shops, ones so quaint

Tiny buildings, with checked windows, goods, all on display

I meet now one, inviting in, I settle, table, wood

Looking over menu, of teas, cakes, so much

Order I share, I request, pot tea, I also add, cream scone

Looking out of Window, I spot, White flakes of snow

A fire crackling, within the room, my tea and cake, arrive

Adding Two lumps of sugar, into my cake, I dive

Pouring tea, the final bit, I take my time, I sip

I want to enjoy experience, tantalising, lips

Money exchanged, I leave through door, I head onto the street

Where will my steps lead me, what other store, I’ll meet

I hear before, a sign of old, swinging in the wind

My eyes look up, it reads these words, I welcome, please come in

Pushing door, I hear a ring, I gently close behind

There before, many shelves of books, my eyes, do open wide

Attracting so, One stands out, Red of leather, see

I take it from the shelf, in hand, I sit on chair, now read

It is a book of Poetry, many pages, I do read

When I return home, I write my own, found upon your screen

I write a little letter, in envelope, I place

Upon it, I do write your name, also your address 

I place a stamp in corner, I send it on it’s way

Falling on your carpet, my letter it does lay

Intrigued you are, fancy writing, who sends this letter, so

Opening up, letter uncurled, you notice, it’s for you

Your eyes are moving, side to side, you close it now so tight

Pressing it against your chest, you’ve read my words, of light

I hope you don’t mind, I’ll share words wrote, so others, words they see

It reads, I hope, your safe and well, life is worry free

I thought I’d check, your not feeling sad, happy as can be

Anxiety Is Real

Do you ever feel the tightness, in your tummy band

Do you ever feel the sweat, pronounced upon Two hands

Does your mind feel like it’s had enough, inside, so full of dread

Do you ever feel so tired, you stay within your bed

Do you ever experience, your legs that feel like lead

Your head is spinning, dizziness, fuzzy, fuzzy, head

Do you feel so hungry, no appetite, suppressed 

Is your heart overwhelmed, your soul, it needs a rest

Negative thinking, obvious, shouting out so loud

Positive thoughts, absent, present, not be found

Dreams so lost, hidden out of sight, underneath it all

Everything so confused, anxiety, builds high walls

If like me, you experience, anxiety, not alone

It affects so many, Millions, confines, some to their homes

It keeps itself invisible, we’re afraid of stigma, share

But shout it out, expose it, ask for help and care

View From My Window Seat

I sit knees bent, on window seat, my eyes take all view in

I capture colours, off the lands, identify, Blue, Green

My eyes, resemble camera lens, each blink, captures, now new 

My mind, already working out, how many words, connect with view

Creating so a story, I’ll share it now with you

The moment that my eyes spotted, the Stallion, trotting, through

The Squirrel, climbing up a tree, acorn, now in mouth

The sun now laying, high in sky, Yellow rays, flow out

The Butterflies, rest on my fence, a stillness, perfect so

So delicate, so beautiful, adore it, my heart, shows

My words create, I add picture, to compliment it all

Water colours, in background, my words, I add some more

I hope you’ve liked my story, I hope you’ve read it all

I hope that you, have captured view, pictured trees, stand tall

I hope your imagination, my story, you have lived

Tomorrow, I’ll do the same again, but where will I begin

My Day Upon The Beach

My day today, planned ahead, I’m going somewhere warm

Searching through, my drawers off White, bikini found, once worn

Placing neat, inside rucksack, I throw in flip flops too

Checking I have suncream, my sunhat, of light Blue

Out my door go, off I head, spot entrance, off the beach

Shoes now off, I walk bare foot, warm sands, toes, do reach 

Out comes my blanket, drape on sand, near the oceans shore

All dressed now, bikini on, sun cream, soaks skin more

Legs outstretched, immersed in sea, the waves, caress my legs

Placing now, my sun hat, protect my hair, on head

Arms placed behind, elbows, I lean, comfy, I am so

Laying in the bliss of sun, feel how skin, now glows

Many hours, so have passed, I pack up, all my things

Heading home, my shower switched on, refresh, the water brings

Hair secure, now with a towel, in mirror, I do see

Admiring, where the sun as hit, my freckles, they greet me

My day upon the Golden sands, the warmth of sea, caress 

Salt now absent, from my skin, lotion, smells instead

Dressing gown, draped round me, I exit to my stairs

Sitting now, in chair of Grey, I write the words, beach, shares

My Vision Never Ends

As a child small, my dream always with me

It showed a vision of a book, only my eyes see

I would follow words, they’re in sight, my tiny hand, grabs out

I’d hold them close to my heart, so I could work them out

A bit like a game, scrabble, my words, I would join so

A story then, would create, as my vision grows

I’d share my story with siblings, every single night

Whilst tucked up in bed, my words, they’d hear, read within the light

They would lie so still, so patient, waiting for the end

Their eyes so big, in wonder, my words, I’d read again

Their tiny hands a clapping, please, read this one again

I loved to share my stories, my vision, never ends

My Feet Have Walked

Where have my feet walked, where have my steps, carried me

Walking through warm sands, toes, dipped in the Blue sea

My feet have climbed, great hillsides, ate a picnic, on the Greens

I’ve covered a million miles, great lands, I so have been

I’ve walked within the air of moist, rainforest, I have treasured

My walk with Ants, I join their line, carry leaves, for hours

My feet have carried me through deserts, Yellow, oh so bright

Standing, watching, Pyramids, the sun hits, creating light 

I’ve walked within the Valleys, I’ve swam deep in waterfalls

I’ve watched a Rainbow, so create, wish, for pot of Gold

I’ve swam with Dolphin's in the oceans, explored the sea bed broad 

I’ve walked to each and every end, one so called our world

If I sent to you White paper, placed a pen, within your hand

Think now of a time, felt sad, or when you have felt proud

Start the letter, Addressed to me, my heart, I want to share

Read your letter, when you have finished, look at life, compare

Challenges, you do have now, may feel, so very hard

Look at first One, you’ve written down, with this, remaining strong

Notice, when your tears have fell, replaced later, with a smile

Your life as had its ups and downs, read your words, worthwhile

This exercise, you can do each day, to help your heart release

All the things, so stored there, needing to feel peace

Call your letter, my healing, I’m proud, how far I’ve come

As your life, continues grow, see how much strength, shown

If ever you should feel alone, isolated, you do feel

Call upon your Angels, speak your worries, clear

Feel around, a glow of warmth, alone, you are not so

With you, keeping comforted, your Angels, you now know

If ever you are feeling sad, overwhelmed, inside you feel

Do not hold your worries inside, share with Angels, who are real

Before a tear, should wet your face, call out, your Angels Name

They will be beside you, to make you smile again

If ever you do feel lost strength, your mind, body, now weak

Do not let yourself give up, call Angels, let Strength, peak

It is so easy, to feel so low, no hands, to help, you see

Call upon your Angels, they will carry thee

If I could give you some strength, what would you use it for

Some Courage, I could send to you, would you ask, for more

If I sent some Faith to you, In your Fathers eyes, you’d see

Yes, I could send all these things, but all, your Father brings

If I could send you, your Angel, what words, would you so share

Would you stand and talk up straight, sit down low, in chair

Would you ask a sign to send, believe, it’s on it’s way

Our lives are like the fast lanes, constantly in flow

No room to think, take a pause, press the brake, now slow

Caught up in the noise, horns hoot, head, is pumping so

Heart is beating, out of your chest, hands on the steering, go

Our lives are like a roller coaster, start at bottom so

Accelerate, at such high speed, your breath, you hold on to

Your hair is standing, so on edge, adrenaline, does pump

All you want, is for the pace to stop, your life, you have a look

Our lives can be so different, press pause, just stop a while

No noise, within your head, no traffic jam, no pile

No adrenaline, keep on alert, keep palms, a sweaty so

All you have, is present time, to see how you have grown

What do you see, now in quiet space, your mind, as free, can be

Do you feel, the peace inside, nothing, distracts thee

Can you now appreciate, how hectic life, can be

Practice, pressing pause, once while, to set your mind, heart, free

I want to share a story, one, that is so true

It started on a summers day, the sky a perfect Blue

I spoke with ones my Angels, I asked them for a sign

I asked to see a Rainbow, if all in life be fine

I felt my hands a tingling, I felt my soul of warmth 

I sensed inside, my wish come true, onwards, I did walk

Overhead, my eyes look up, before me, perfect arc

One spread over skies of Blue, resembling, coloured chart

My eyes, just stared in wonder, the colours, oh so bright

I felt inside, a sense of peace, full of bright White light

I thanked them, for my wish come true, I knew all be okay

Miracles do happen, your Angels, send signs, you’re way

If you need some guidance, a little bit of Hope

Spend sometime a chatting, your Angels, words you spoke

Thank them for their help, support, be grateful, what received

I Sat Underneath My Willow Tree

I sat today, under Willow tree, the silence of the day

No noise around, just peace and quite, hear the branches sway

The grasses Green, a cushioned seat, comfortable, I am so

Connecting now with Nature, my Willow tree, hello

My hearing heightened, hear pin drop, I hear the crunch of leaves

There I spot, a mouse, so sweet, scurrying, to find treats

A chirp I hear, high above, encased, a basket Brown

A home so built, from natures love, Mother, flying down

I notice, on a blade of grass, Red insect, sporting spots

A ladybird so tiny, it’s tiny wings, it’s got

A Caterpillar, hairy, Green, wriggles on the ground

Sitting underneath, my Willow tree, true vision, I have found

To look into the eyes of One, who melt your very Heart

How will you know, if they’re the One, can you ever part

Does your Heart, skip a beat, your Heart, it feels so warm

A tingling feeling, flows through you, sweat, you feel in palm

Does your tummy, spin around, over so it goes

Do you capture, smell of skin, tantalising nose

Does you Heart, now find a song, belongs to only Two

Imagining you are dancing, body, close to you

Do you notice, eyes, check phone, waiting for the ring

When the tone, does sound in ear, your Heart, now starts to sing

A smile emerges, across your face, no other, eyes do see

You know something is happening, great love, you feel in thee

Our Hearts are coloured Red, associates with love

It is a vessel for our dreams, sent from God above

Our Hearts do hold so much Strength, on the other hand, fragile

It needs to be treated, with soft hands, protected all the while

If our rhythm disrupted, our thorns, they start to grow

They need to flow so freely, not hurt, restricted so

Our Heart can feel so much love, pain, it so does know

Valentine’s Day is nearing so, a card, a present, I don’t know

A knock on my door, flowers in hand, reading words, head in low

Breakfast in bed, that will be nice, coffee sweet, toast, plate lays

In a vase, one single Rose stays, swaying in water, as music plays

All the above, I would treasure so, I’ll add a few things, to let you know

Your smile, my heart, now singing so, words you share, my memories grow

A door you open, just for me, makes my day, don’t you see

A gift is lovely, such a nice thought, something simple, you notice me

Your hand, it sweeps my curl off face, your stroke of hair, true embrace

So you see, you don’t need a penny, a pound, all I need is your love around

Valentines, is one day to show, I am yours, that I’ll know

Smile at me, open my door, in my heart, my love will grow more

Kicking off my plimsolls, run, out of my back door

No restrictions, placed on me, my feet feel free to roam

Every step I take now, sensations, I feel new

Just like the roots, that need the soil, need water, soak up dew

A stream I meet, with little curls, I sit now on the bank

My feet now dip, the waters warm, internal, resembling tank

The energy, from my day, from waters, from the ground

As filled my soul, with all I need, Nature, it so found

If I had a perfect dream, what would my dream be so

I’m living now, my perfect dream, send words, to help all grow

A Little Walk

A little walk was nice today, come see, what my eyes saw

Something new is waiting, outside my own front door 

Down my path, my feet do go, I hear my tap of shoes

Onwards, as I take a right, I feel what sense, amuse

Hedges stretched, far and wide, with different shades of Green

The clouds in sky, all perfect, resembling now ice cream

The air of chill, surrounds me so, blows through, my fringe of hair

Then ahead my eyes do spot, can only now, so stare

I see an Elder, scarf draped tight, a hat of cosy too

Sheepskin gloves, upon both hands, a trolley pulling too

I spot her boots, of sheepskin same, matching so her bag

I look in awe, I think what life, I bet, a story, tell

On I go, I’m on my own, the street ahead, now bare

No traffic found upon the road, only silence there

My steps move slow, no hurry made, I capture perfect still

Taking in all the beauty, enjoying perfect bliss

My walk today, I made right choice, internal, still I feel

Going out, it broke up day, away from stress, so real

I could have sat in the same spot, my fingers work away

If not gone for walk, how could I share, the stillness of my day

I’m sending so my love, I’m sending my light too

My Signs From My Father

I spot something of White, I feel it calling me

I walk on so, I pick it up, place in my hand, gently

My hand is stays now sealed, never let it stray

On I walk, glistening now seen, upon the ground, coin lays

In my pocket, coin I place, on my steps do walk

Then my eyes, look up to skies, spotting now a hawk

Further on my steps do go, I meet so now a church

Quaint, something so beautiful, inside, a pew I take

Looking now, I see Father, placed upon his cross

I place my hands together, my feather, never lost

I pray for all within this world, I give Father, so my love 

A billion prayers, I share with him, placed in his hands above

My Snow Creates A Story

I start to write my first verse, unsure where this will go

Will I visit lands of heat, play Angel in the snow

Will I put on suncream, or wrap around my scarf

Will I swim the oceans Blue, spot icicles on barks

My second verse is on the way, my pen it scribbles so

Ideas start to come through fast, my head remains in low

I stare at words I’ve written, I’ll read them now to you

Today I’ve chosen the snow of White, White blanket, covers dew

Verse now Three, this is much fun, my words are flowing so

I see a vision now before, White droplets of pure snow

In my hand, I roll and roll, now create a head

Body which is double size, a carrot, nose ahead

Verse of Four, nearly done, now to fetch some coal 

Now create, a perfect smile, eyes complete a whole

Standing back, admire so, my snowman, share with you

Who would have thought, my verse of One, brought vision so to you

When I was a child small, my mind would float away

I never knew, where it would stop, settle so, now stay

Would I fly now, high above, the rooftops, over streets

Maybe, I’m a Fairy, Tinker bell, meets me

Toadstools, spots, I hop and skip, they play a perfect tune

Maybe, I am in a cocoon, hibernate, snug through

Dancing so, I could so be, Angels, dance with me

I could be spending time with God, Heaven shown, to thee

My mind, still so, alive with life, I still go on my trips

Still I jump the toadstools, hibernate, deep sleep

Daily, I do soar the skies, place hopscotch, on the roofs

I walk barefoot, my dress so draped, flowers in my hair

My arms swing loosely, back and forth, my fingertips, touch air

My walk becomes a little skip, my dress, so slight, I lift

Dipping toes, in waters meet, my mind, dreaming, now drift

My dress now lays, around my knees, as I sit upon the grass

Sinking in, the blades caress, this feeling, ever lasts

My mind now on a journey so, I’m drifting so away

Laying down, hear waters pass, another world today

I’m standing in a glowing light, I hardly can so see

Then a hand, does join me so, calling out for me

On I walk, trust I feel, I’m meeting now Red Rose

All aromas, joining me, flowing up my nose

Sitting now on White bench, my hands have not released

Chatting now with Father, I ask him, bring us Peace

My Father turns to look my eyes, no words do leave his mouth

When I wake, by waters edge, I know, God’s peace around

Help Others Let Pain Go

Have you ever felt your heart open, felt it be, set free

Resembling a big oak tree, with branches, eyes not see

It feels like lightness, not felt before, like your heart is now exposed

Showing all within this world, the treasures that you hold

What is this feeling, I so describe, stay here, I’ll tell you more

It’s like each beat, you can hold in hands, shows what’s now in store 

Your Heart, you see, now as bright Red, no thorns, restrict it so

Your Heart is working as it should, you chose to let pain go

Your Heart no longer choking, no thorns are causing pain

Instead your Heart is singing, allowed to come and play

Your Heart is free, to share much love, with others, who meet so

Let your Heart be free today, help others, let pain go

If I took your hand today, where would you like to go

Would the beach, be plenty, or Switzerland with the snow

If you bring your walking boots, could we climb a mountain, Two

If you had a surfboard, great waves, we’d conquer through

If you had one choice today, where would you lead me to

Would a snorkel in your hand, give me a big clue

If you had a tandem, would I join your ride, through Greens

If you placed your hands, over my eyes, I open, now hot springs

I don’t know where we’ll go today, I’ll leave that up to you

I’ve given you ideas, not One, but maybe few

Think about, where you could go, now only in your mind

I’ll be there beside you, your Heart will be my guide
