My Memories I Own Poem

I take a walk by river, watch the boats pass by
I lift a hand, share a wave, as they slowly glide
I look around at beauty, fields of Green I see
I take out my Pink Blanket, settle under tree

Shaded by the branches loose, out comes my favourite book
Sipping now my lemonade, sandwich, tasty, I am hooked
Finish off  my apple, my tummy satisfied
Sitting in the stillness, peace I have inside

I’ve sat in spot for hours, watched the day pass by
Not wanting so this feeling end, but late it is in time
Packing up my little things, I take a slow stroll home
Thinking of my day today, my memories I do own

My Day In Waters Blue Poem

I look outside today, wonder where I’ll go
Where could my steps take me, help me so to grow
Do I wander to the ocean shore, settle under tree
Do I walk within the hillsides, now so roaming free

Do I take my net, catch Butterflies, take my bat and ball
Do I wear my wellies, not sink in mud, take deck chair to the shores
Do I wear a Woolley jumper, bikini I do sport
Do I wear my bobbled hat, swim waves upon my board

Now let’s see, how do I decide, every thought, such fun
I’ve got to make my mind up, so I don’t miss the sun
Pulling out my cupboard, this will make my choice
Now in hand a snorkel, it’s off  to shores, I must

Filling bag, with coloured towel, my flip flops they go too
Bikini spotted Black and White, sun cream I must use
Out my door, I’m on my way, not far now to reach
Walking over Golden sands, my oceans I do meet

In I go, I wade through warm, sinking shoulders deep
Laying on back, I move arms slow, Blue and White now sync
Hours pass, my time in still, grounded me so well
I’m glad I’ve had this moment, I’ve grown so much right now

I sit within my garden, no shoes upon my feet
Today I’m feeling grounded, stillness is my treat
My head tilts back, I face the sun, rays beat down on me
I lay now back, on blanket soft, close my lashes, sleep

In my dream, I feel so soothed, my mind escaped to still
Then I hear a little voice, in my sleep joined in
An Angel voice so gentle, softly sharing words
What was shared was beautiful, a message from my Lord

My child so sweet, your perfect, I’ve joined you in your sleep
To share with you importance, your words you must share these
You have a gift of healing, you’ll navigate to hearts
Others they do need your words, spread them wide and far

My dream it was so lovely, remember when I woke
I’ve listened to the gentle words, in my dream they spoke
I’ve started to now write my words, share them all with you
I’ll keep my words a coming, to place in heart for you.

Waking up I rub my eyes, even have a stretch
Throwing off my duvet, my legs do move, erect
Up I spring, excited, face another day
Chucking on my clothes for day, I think of what’s today

Running down the staircase, my kitchen I do meet
Settling at the table, my food I scoff such treat
Slurping last of coffee, my shoes my feet fit snug
Grabbing satchel from off side, I go outside, wind hug

Pacing down the pavement, try not hurry so
I want today to pass by slow, know my soul will glow
Pausing for a minute, take in one deep breath
On I go now slowly, as I pass through gate

Feels like slow motion, each blink of eyes, take pic
Everything captivating, the slowness does the trick
Eyes now missing nothing, my memory stores it all
I’m staying slow for rest of day, so I will grow much more

I take my tiny hand, place it on my heart

The air it is a clearing, the rain drops falling fast

Sitting in the sunshine, soaking up the sun
Sun hat covering my blonde curls, which tied up in a bun

Over these past days of few, White feathers my eyes see

Waking up to sunshine, the rays they touch my face
All it feels like Heaven, my breathing slow in pace
I capture all the things in view, what a perfect sight
Illuminated just for me, glisten in the light

I’m touching grasses, fingertips, Rose garden, flowered lot

A caterpillar, a replica, of how I start my life

Walking over God’s true land, exploring all in sight

Scurrying over leaves of Brown, climbing up tree branch

A little insect I so feel, exploring world around

As I am, I’m not quite tall, to look at life from high

So I’ll retreat into my cocoon, wrapped now all in White

I’ll stay here still, go into sleep, ready for when I wake up

To look at life from higher place, transforming now a lot

I’ve slept so long, time I’m not sure, but ready so I am

My cloth of White now falling, not falling to the ground

Instead I start, uncurl myself, expose my wings on back

Off I fly, up now high, transformation now on track

I know my life be different, I can feel it in my soul
